My experience working with CNY flooring was wonderful the two men that came to do the work was very knowledgeable caring compassionate and took inconsideration of different things asked of them about the job. They did not hesitate to inform me of any imperfections and so forth they were passionate of their work they came in on time they left on time they ask questions when needed so that the questions could be answered. When we had a little hiccup the guys called their boss to inform them of the situation which through a monkey wrench in the time frame they remained very patient and still was able to complete the job I was very happy at the end I would definitely be hiring him for other projects.

What a great experience ! After becoming accustomed to contractors who donâ t return calls , donâ t show up as scheduled , have a revolving door of inexperienced employees who are frequently characters you do not want in your home , CNY Flooring was a breath of fresh air ! Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price .

Sid, Chuck and the crew did a meticulous job dosing no detail. Sid helped us find a very high quality porcelain tile hard to distinguish from marble. After clearing and scraping the floor to level, Chuck placed a tile specific subfloor before cutting the tile fit and laying the tile over multiple large areas. The crew then installed new under carpet and carpet throughout our 3,000 sq ft house. The carpet was carefully cut, joined and stretched. After each days work everything was cleaned before they left. During my long life I have hired many contractors. CNY flooring was the best! I recommend them to all embarking on carpet and/ or tile. The prices charged were very fair.

The installers were very pleasant.

They were loyal and quick on the job. It only took them a day instead of two like said when we first met. Cleaned up after they were done. I have plans for some other rooms & I'll be using them again.
