 + 0 moreKevin Stonitsch met with us once at our property, sent us some CAD images of his planned work and made many broken promises about when he would start our project. After 4 months of no work or materials on our site, we asked him for our $7,000 deposit back. When he didn't return our money, we filed a larceny report with Officer Mell of the Glenville, NY police department. When officer Mell reached Mr Stonitsch he told Officer Mell that he might file for bankruptcy and the most he could pay us was $5,000. Upon Officer Mell's advice, we accepted the $5,000.
Description of Work: What we hired Adirondack Customs LLC to do was to build an ICF (insulated concrete form) foundation under an existing building for $32,000. We planned on making the area into a studio apartment.
