Vendor responded promptly to my inquiry and scheduled and completed the job within days. Terms of service were clearly outlined; estimate was comprehensive, detailing items to be completed and materials to be used. Results were satisfying beyond those promised or expected. My thirty year old deck looked like new. Jorge was courteous, efficient, thorough. I would happily hire him again and recommend him to anyone seeking the service he provided.

The job went very well. The team arrived on the stated schedule, and worked for more than two hours, clearing the gutters on our 120-year-old Victorian home. Tough job, since we had not had the work done since the gutters were installed two years ago. Good team, hard workers and obviously experienced. Proved the cleanout with cellphone photos. I'm very satisfied, and expect to contact them next year.

EXCELLENT, Steve is great, he is really helpful. Arrived as agreed and performed the job exactly as he discussed. I never actually met him as I was not in the area for the service. This company does what he says he will do. Steve explained the moss service in great detail to manage my expectations. He requested a picture to establish a price or offered to stop by. Very accommodating contractor.

Booking:They were easy to get ahold of and had tremendous availability. He offered to set the appointment for the following day, though we ended up booking a date the following week. He provided an accurate estimate over the phone and was able to provide a clear and accurate plan for when the work would be completed. Service: They did a spectacular job! We had extensive mold on the white vinyl siding, which was removed in a matter of 1-2 hours. A comprehensive explanation of what the issues were and how they were treated was helpful for us as first time home owners! He did a great job explaining how we should care for the siding in the future. Price: Extremely reasonable! Very satisfied with the value.

Steve was very prompt, courteous and has a great work ethic. Although he washed our windows and screens, I'm certain he would do power washing, gutter cleaning and vacuuming with the same detail he gave our windows. My husband is very particular and he was pleased that Steve noticed slight smudges and fixed them before we had to point them out. I would highly recommend him.

I called Steve unbelievably he answered his phone...that in it's self is a miracle. He told me he will pass by to give me an estimate 2nd miracle he showed up gave us a price we agreed he set a date and he showed up the 3rd miracle. If you want your windows and screens done to a perfection call this company no need to look at any other. My windows look perfect he did not ruch although it was close too 7pm he did what he said. The job was professionally done start to finsih. After the job was done, I was taken for a walk around to inspect the work. He pointed out a few areas that did not completely come back to white. I knew these about these areas, but I was happy that he pointed them out to me. Also. instead of doing the minimum work, he actually did a little more. There were no hidden costs. I was completely satisfied.

I've had Steve power wash our house and deck and clean the windows for the entire house twice. Both times he's been extremely professional, punctual and he does an amazing job. Steve promptly provided an estimate and made a follow up call to see if I was ready to book a date. This was a refreshing change because I usually have to chase vendors to follow up on submitting bids and for appointments. The work provided met my high expectations. Steve took great care inside my house, carefully maneuvering a very tall ladder without banging into anything. He had clean 'inside' shoes so he didn't track dirt on my floors from his outdoor work shoes. He even cleaned the feet of the ladder, which were muddy, before bringing it into the house. The windows look like mirrors. I will use Steve again next spring to do the windows and other cleaning projects.

I have different windows then those described in offer on Angie's List. Steve came, gave me a very reasonable price. Day of job - very polite, friendly, thorough, offered to come back if I saw streaks.
