Description of Work: I called them twice in 1 day (2 phone #'s they provided in the phonebook) and could not get a human to answer the phone during regular business hours. Only a machine answered on BOTH lines. Poor business practice and they will lose business if potential customers cannot talk to anyone during 9-5.

Olie's European Flooring Inc was flexible and quick to come out with lots of different options. Bill and Cindy are the ones I worked with. They measured and gave me the estimate and within 3 days it was done. I've had them come out to replace a couple of boards and they've been totally willing and cheerful to do so.
Description of Work: They stripped and refinished my 12' x 20' pinewood floor.

I already had a small section of hardwood floors here when we bought the house and they did an excellent job matching it and completing the rest of the house. It looks really nice and there was no mess or anything. You can not even tell the difference between the old and new. He was knowledgeable and we are real happy with Olie's. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They installed 2000 square feet of hardwood floors in my house.

WHEN WE STARTED REFURBISHING OUR HOME WE MADE INQUIRES AS TO THE BEST METHOD TO TACKLE THE PROJECT. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN SAYING THE BEST WAY WAS TO BE THOROUGH. THE RESULTS ARE FABULOUS. OUR FLOORS LOOK AMAZING!
