+ -1 moreIt was a totally awful experience. Aside from being totally incompetent he was constantly lying about everything. I was shocked that his name even appeared on your list. I think it is important for you to warn people about getting involved with Michael Giordano and his company or whatever company name and phone number he uses. He is the perfect representation of a scam artist. If it were up to me, he would never"work" again.
Description of Work: He did such a poor job on my floor that I had to pay another contractor to try and correct Giordano unacceptable work. He broke an expensive ceiling fixture and was not able or willing to replace it. He did so much damage to my furniture and my house that it cost nearly $5000 to repair and replace all that he did.

+ 1 moreI had a horrible experience. He was recommended by a friend and I believed that I would be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Instead he never completed the work even after he got paid in full and never responded to numerous attempts to contact him to complete the work. On the slight chance that he did pick up his phone, when he wasn't screening it for my number, he would arrange to come by and finish the work, but of course never came.
Description of Work: I needed my Oak flooring to be refinished and hallway tiles removed with new wood flooring placed.
