Excellent service and communication--I got a call to schedule an appointment within minutes of submitting a request online, and was able to schedule a service appointment for the following day. Our dryer vent had fallen out of the socket to the exterior of the house--the two techs were able to properly reinstall it in about an hour. While they were working on that, they offered a full cleaning of the dryer for an additional $99--during the cleaning, they were able to fix a severe vibration issue with the dryer. Everything runs perfectly now. Highly recommended

The tech came to my home on time. He wore a uniform like attire. He introduced himself to me . His name is Chris. He was very knowledgeable about my vent . He was professional and explained all my options. I did not feel pressure to use this company at all . I told him I had a first time coupon , he said no problem and deducted the amount , we agreed and he did the work , I really felt like he cared about the job he was doing for me and gave me his best work .. II am very happy with him and this company .

I live in a condo high-rise. I've always found the cleaning of my dryer vent to be a messy, irritating ordeal when I can find someone to come in and vacuum the vent. I have my dryer vent cleaned yearly. I leave myself no choice on this task. I want no fires. My appointment was scheduled quickly, fee seemed in-line with what I have paid in the past. The crew that visited my home was helpful, professional, and got the job done. They made 2 follow-up visits to clean our dryer vent after our dryer continued not to work properly, found the problem (lint stuck at an elbow in the wall) and took care of it professionally with a good attitude. Easy to communicate with, and fair pricing. Will definitely call them for my next cleaning!

I noticed that my exterior vent flap wasn't opening when I was drying clothing. I became alarmed and stopped doing any drying until I booked Chris. Chris showed up within the time frame of the booking date and patiently explained everything he assessed. It turns out that my vent pipe was not only improperly installed (only with tape - no o-ring clamp, the piping was foil - a fire hazard), but the pipe had completely fallen off !!! and was venting into my residence --- not outside at all. Ridiculous of me not to notice something wrong. Anyway, Chris performed the work necessary from A-Z and even cleaned behind the washer / dryer (which was a lint farm). It took about 2 hours, but I am so relieved the job is now done properly. Chris was professional, courteous and I trust his work. He will be booked for ongoing maintenance as needed.

Chris who is the owner was very professional and took a lot of time to ensure everything was up to code. He went above and beyond to fit us into his already booked schedule, and for that alone he gets an A.

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. We've had our vent cleaned before but he was the only one that figured out why our dryer wasn't venting properly and fixed the indoor issues for us. He also emailed our HOA to let them know of incorrect vents on the outside of the building. He went the extra mile. I will definitely use him in the future.
