This was a huge undertaking and everything came out perfect. In addition to installing the drainage, they were the only company I received an estimate from who was willing to redo the black top and cement once the project was finished. It was a tremendous relief not having to coordinate multiple vendors to get our home back to form when the work was done.
Description of Work: I have been having ground water issues in my basement / garage for years. I tried fixing it initially with a french drain / sump pump but water kept finding a way in. After calling several companies for estimates, I had John Sr and Jr come out to discuss the problem. They spent a lot of time both inside and outside of my home discussing potential fixes. They installed new footing drains around the perimeter of my home and resealed the foundation. We have had several heavy rains and I am happy to say that my basement / garage are bone dry.
