An outstanding experience all the way around. They showed up on time and got right to work. They examined the piano to see if it could safely be moved because of its age, and they discussed the risks involved and were very open and honest about it. I decided to go ahead and have them move it. They took such extreme care with my piano, strapped it extra securely and made sure that it was secure, and they treated it with great care, just as if it were their own family heirloom. They were respectful, courteous, and professional. I am glad I entrusted my piano to them. I highly recommend these guys!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any environment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. If he treats clients in this manner, do you think he'd treat your belongings any better?

The movers arrived on time and were very friendly, efficient, courteous and professional.

I called on a Wednesday and Markham was able to do the work the following Saturday morning. They were right on time and got the work done in about a tenth the time it would have taken us to do the same thing. They were conscientious throughout the process, making absolutely sure the piano wouldn't hit the roof of the trailer or the awning as they moved it in to the house. Once inside, they were quick about setting up the piano and had clearly done it many times. They had all the right tools and knew just how to set it up.

The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and very respectful of our belongings. I was almost eight months pregnant at the time and there were a number of things that I had not quite gotten packed up. The crew was very patient and helpful. As I sit here 20 years later writing this review I realize that the fact that I do not remember very many details is a wonderful testament to the quality of their service. Sad as it sounds, the truth is difficult and stressful events that go well are only remembered as a pleasant blur while stressful events that are wrought with problems are remembered like a feature film with every awful detail burned on your memory.

Men were professional and on time. Moved the piano without any problems. They were efficient, and knew what they were doing. Was very happy and would call them again.

The movers were scheduled to come pick up the piano at my home. They arrived on time. I expressed concern regarding the finish of the piano because the last time the piano was moved the veneer was chipped. The next thing I know the movers are bringing everything back into the house, the mover in charge cursed me in front of my 2 year old son, mother, and husband, and walked off the job without explanation. I was left with a piano to move with no one to move it and I was about to move out of the state across the country in just a few days.

We had an estimate of $450 based on a description of the apartment contents given over the phone. The guys showed up on time, and even though there was more stuff than they had counted on, they fitted it into their truck, moved it all, unloaded it, in just 2.5 hours. They held the esimated price for us. I felt like the cost was a little high for the amount of time spent, but there were 3 of them and they had a truck, so i guess this is just the cost of moving. They were all friendly, and since they were willing to give an estimate over the phone, and could schedule with little notice, iI would recommend them, and use them again myself.

They arrived on time, they had to remove a door to get some of the items out, which they did and then put it back on. They were very nice and helpful and went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Great job.
