I hired Radiant Mechanical in Oct 2017 to snake an outside bubbler system as water was not flowing through. I paid $189. They offered to perform free video inspection as an addon as well. I was not home while doing the work so can't speak to punctuality, but when I came home the tech was wrapping up and put a pipe in my lawn and told me I had a blockage in the ground of around 3 ft and he confirmed with snake and camera from both sides of blockage. He put a place holder pipe in my lawn to mark the blockage for the repair crew and quoted me 1k for repairing a 5ft section and they would prorate the $189 which I thought was fair at the time (so repair cost would be approx. $880). Fast forward 1.5yrs, I tried to schedule them to do repairs and did not get a response from company so I hired another company to perform repairs. The new company did not trust another plumbers diagnosing as I showed them where I was told the blockage was and they said it would be quite strange to have a pipe there but they will confirm.They discovered that Radiant original location was wrong as there is no pipe in the ground where they said. In fact the pipe was about 10-15 feet away and that part of the pipe was actually free and clear of any blockages. They showed me this on their video camera system. The blockages were closer to the street and under the sidewalk. I had roughly 20 feet of pipe blockage from the curb and not 3 feet. So Radiant was wrong in location of problem and what the problem actually was. I had the entire line replaced and was home during repair to validate where pipes were located. I was not happy that previous company completely misdiagnosed the problem. I called them and asked to speak to manager and provided the name of who I thought the tech originally was as I wanted to understand why I was provided misinformation. I did receive a phone call from a guy with the same name and the first thing out of the persons mouth was that they are no longer affiliated with Radiant. The tech proceeded to say he reviewed the invoice and says that since I did not PAY specifically for video service and it was free that I do not have a leg to stand on and he doesn't understand why I'm upset since I never moved forward to have Radiant perform the repairs. I explained I was upset because I was told that there is a pipe in the ground at a specific location and that turned out to be false. He proceeded to say that he has been wrong in locating pipes before. I also explained that it should not matter whether or not I paid for video camera service as to whether or not I should be upset as the camera service was performed according to the tech. I was not told that they think the pipe was there or it could be elsewhere in the lawn, but the tech specifically placed a pipe in my grass showing the location of the blockage.. If they don't know, they should not tell customers wrong info as a matter of fact.. He also said I did not pay for diagnosing the problem either, but paid for snake service so once again he didn't understand why I was upset. The third item he said was the repair quote was way to low and he would never do a dig job for less than 1k. I was not upset that the blockage turned out to be 40 feet as it was 2 years since, but my gut instinct is that the original tech whoever did come out to my house did a botched job and was not experienced as he was wrong with location of blockage and the location of my pipe in the ground. There were 2 items that were wrong and that is a matter of fact. Why Radiant Mechanical chose to have someone not affiliated with the company contact me was strange and that person customer service was not very good. Personally I would not choose to hire Radiant Mechanical for any service in the future based on my experience and handling of my concerns.

The job went well, the installers were very professionally. Two weeks after the installion, we damaged the heating floor lines . They repaired it the very next day.

Not well. We were told we needed to replace the furnace. Thankfully I got a second opinion. It was not an easy fix but after two hours of effort Vastola heating determined that the gas valve needed to be replaced. We saved$5,000.00 and saved our ten year old boiler. I had radiant mechanical install a new toe kick heater. They are great with new installation but don't spend enough time and effort on repairs. If you want new equipment call radiant but avoid them for repairs.

They installed the replacement the same day I called, and I am extremely happy with their professionalism and service.
