Pat is very professional, thorough and great to work with. He communicates well, is prompt and detailed oriented. I've had some finish work done that we were very pleased with. And recently had a custom bench/coat rack made for our kitchen. Pat did phenomenal work. Would recommend him and hire him again. We also felt his pricing was reasonable with the detailed work we had done. He's a great guy.

Patrick has demonstrated exceptional professionalism as a contractor by transforming my outdated bathroom into a modern, functional space. He worked in carefully planned phases, ensuring thorough preparation and high-quality execution throughout. His work included replacing damaged subflooring, removing unused plumbing, installing new LVT flooring and a new toilet, prepping and installing a walk-in shower, moving the light switch beside the new vanity, replacing old walls with mold-resistant drywall, installing recessed lighting, framing and installing a new medicine cabinet, adding new baseboards, painting the walls and ceiling, and reframing the doorway to install a new barn door. Patrick went above and beyond by reinforcing the floor joists, adding extra screws to secure the ceiling, carefully rewiring the light switch, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the end of each workday. He also provided valuable advice on additional improvements to enhance the bathroom. I would gladly hire Patrick for future projects!

Pat is amazing! We hired him for a bathroom remodel and have now completed three projects with him. 1. First, we called him to level our bathroom floor due to water damage from a leaking toilet. Pat reinforced the beams, cleared debris, and installed new flooring. 2. We had originally hired a large remodeling company for the shower, but they were unprofessional and overpriced, so we canceled. Pat stepped in and gave us a beautiful walk-in shower. 3. For the finishing touches, Pat added a new vanity, vanity mirror, rewired the lighting switch box, and installed a barn door. He redid the walls, added trim, and transformed the space. Which now looks very modern and beautiful! Pat is not only skilled but also thoughtful, prioritizing our project because it’s our only bathroom. He’s responsive and helpful, and we look forward to working with him on future projects!

Pat is awesome. I gave him my pencil drawing and he gave me a masterpiece. Pat drywalled over my popcorn ceiling, skim coated my previously wallpapered walls and finished trim to include crown molding. It was a stunning transformation. Pat was on budget and finished before he estimated. He laid plastic down and cleaned up every evening. He kept me updated on what he was doing and if he needed additional supplies. I highly recommend Pat. My friends have hired him too.

I cannot say enough great things about what K & P did for us. Sounds cliche but Pat and Bruce were honest, reliable, transparent and stuck to their timeline. They did a great job with our new ceilings and recess lighting. To top it off Pat installed crown moulding on our first floor. They both were meticulous and had a strong attention to detail. It felt like they were working on our house as if it were their own. We will definitely be hiring them again as we transform our home. Thanks Pat and Bruce for a job well done!
