I originally hired Brian after he was recommended by co- workers. We had him remodel our downstairs bathroom. The work came out really well and I commented what excellent sub-contractors he had for tile, demo etc... We were so pleased with that project we hired him to put an addition on our home and remodel interior. The job was too big for him to handle. His hardest worker quit on him and he replaced him with a guy who probably smoked crack after work ( no kidding). My kitchen floors are 18" tile. They are cracked at the corners, lifting from lack of mortar, grout cracked and now gone ( kitchen is approximately 700 sq ft,), tiles are uneven and we catch our feet or chair legs on edges daily. Drywall is uneven, windows are not level bedroom. Tiles in upstairs bathroom were not laid striaght, gutters are not installed properly with water leaking out along the facia. Generally speaking we will have to hire someone to fix his work but are still paying off what he did. My neighbor had him put an addition on and he did much better, but my neighbor measured every detail every night and called him back to correct. I asked if he warrantied any of his work just recently to see if he would be willing to correct anything that has gone wrong. He did not respond. Oh and be put on a deck and left boards in place that he split accidentally with the nail. We discovered this year when it was dry enough to finally stain.
Description of Work: Addition of approximately 1200 Sq Ft, wooden deck, remodel bath.

Our drywall was left with holes, and waves in it, our tiles was expensive glass tile, he chipped all the tiles in the corners because he didn't cut it right, then when asked to fix it he gave me a huge problem about it and said he could get something to cover up the chipping, his job was so horrible we had to hire a new tile guy and fire him. Good thing we did too, because we found out that the backerboard he put up was not meant for a bathroom and we would have ended up with bad mold! He was never on time, never answered his phone calls, texts or emails, and when we did finally let him go, he through all of our left over tile in our front lawn! Such a horrible experience!
Description of Work: We hired Brian (the owner) to do our full bath. We had nothing but headaches and heartache throughout this entire process. We were promised to have the project done in a week (he was tiling our tub area, redrywalling, putting in a fan and we were taking care of the floor, paint, vanity, etc).

the initial work was satisfactory but when a leak was discovered this summer 06/2013 he was contacted twice and both times promised to come out and fix it.he never came out at all and e-mail and phone calls to his work number were not returned.service after the sale and install was very unprofessional.for the money spent on this venture I expected a lot more from him than empty promises.at time of estimate he assured us he is available before, during and after the job if needed.not true.
Description of Work: did re-side the house and rebuild the outside patio
