I have not had the final inspection done on my home yet: what I can say is They answered my call immediately, arrived when they said they would, they were very thorough, explained the process, came back for a check up, left the area clean. very friendly. I was very please with their work. completed on my home

They left the close bar down...I had trouble getting it back up. The hall carpet had many dirty marks on it. They were on time each day , and did the job within the time stated. I do not know how the job looked it was in the attic. Unable to get to the attic. I hope it was a good job.

This is a follow-up from my last review. Green Genie came back to inspect mold removal for any possible missed areas and reapplied application to those areas missed. Also emailed warranty and followed through with all aspects of project.

They were on time and professional. Walked us through the process. Cleaned up afterwards and explained follow through expectation and owners responsibilities to prevent future mold growth. Satisfied with mold removal and growth inhibitor so far. Would recommend..reasonable and affordable price also.

He returned & rechecked the roof as he said he would. Also offered to return if needed to respray. The rugs look great but did take longer to dry than they said. Overall we ale well satisfied.

This company provided excellent service exactly as promised. I thought I would have to replace my roof since it was so thickly covered with moss. After they worked all afternoon on cleaning it up, it looked like a new roof--better than I've seen it in years since I first noticed the moss. Their expert service saved me the cost of replacing the roof--I couldn't be happier with their competent and friendly service!

Quick, thorough and efficient removal of attic mold.

Mike and his partner were honest and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently to solve my problem. I also love the fact that any products they use are non toxic and safe for the environment, me and my dog. Go Green Genie!

They also do my carpets which is terrific. They have done mold removal in my attic, basement and from my patio at different times. The product they use is safe and odorless.

Our attic was like the inside of a coal mine with mold, I did not think there service would work It needed a couple of applications but now the attic is mold free and the wood looks like wood.There response was professional and timley.

Completely incompetent.. They tore out drywall -- but only that which was convenient for them to remove. Left cloth curtains hanging with mold. Left bags of toxic trash waste inside the home ... Their product didn't restore the wood .. It damaged it, and left a white powder residue which looks like mold, all over everything.. John, the owner won't return calls .. I have to hire another company to clean and repair Green Genie mess.. Sorry I ever hired him.

We worked with John Pusateri....he was fantastic, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. The big plus was that everything is environmentally safe! totally green. Thank you for your valuable input also!
