No high pressure sale here. They were honest and provided me all the information I needed to research the product they use before I comitted to using Green Genie. During the remediation they were quick clean and thorough. They came back to insure that the probel had been completely rectified and provided me with all of the test results and certifications I needed. John at Green Genie evaluated my house for mold by taking air samples inside and out. I was lucky, though, and did not need major remediation, so I cannot comment on how any remediation would go. I was happy with John's honesty, openness, information, and lack of pressure. He was very informative and helpful in his suggestions. I had major remediation in the past with other contractors and seem now to only need to clean up my basement things, getting things off the floor & into boxes & HEPA vacuuming. I was relieved, but happy with John's approach, so I would highly recommend him.

Mike and John were wonderful. They explained everything to the fullest before they began any work. After their inspection they gave us the exact amount that it would cost us. No hidden fees, no unexpected cost. They respected our home when they came into it, making sure no added mud or debris came into it.(It was a rainy day). I would highly recommend them fully. They also did our rugs with a non-chemical soap. They did a wonderful job also with that. If you want honesty, excellent work please call Green Genie. I will use them in the future for all my carpet cleaning! Thank you to both of you.

mildew removal - competed very quickly and efficiently.....hopefully there will be no missed spots which they have guaranteed and agreed to come back - but i don't think they will have to.....thanks to a nice group to work with.
