Excellent workmanship, friendly staff and very hard workers.

It took 6 months of calling and meeting and texting before work could get done. (Met him July 2016, work finished January 2017 and he said it would be done before thanksgiving) Once the work started it was done in a week. Work was good. Bathroom looks great However, he left the tub drain without a good seal so it drains during baths. I called him to fix it and he said it would be 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago and I doubt I'll ever hear from him again. If you are looking for someone who will make you feel like your job is a priority, look elsewhere

He and his crew of two others were clean, friendly, and courteous. They strive for complete customer satisfaction, and in our case they succeeded. We are pleased with the efficiency and quality of work, as well as quality of the appliances they recommended. They frequently ask if everything is proceeding to satisfaction and are sufficiently flexible to meet customer wishes. The entire project took a little under three weeks. The crew arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and left at 4 p.m. They were willing to accommodate our calendar in terms of taking time off from the renovation.

Well, I did not actually get to use Mark's tiling services exactly, but that, in itself, is the reason I wanted to write this review. If you can believe it, my kitchen ceiling began dripping from a shower leak (floor above) DURING A HOME INSPECTION (selling), I was told I would probably need a whole new shower floor, and that I had better find a reputable tile guy to do it, and FAST. I really started to panic! It would be nearly impossible to find a good tile guy on a summer weekend who would be willing to help me asap when he would certainly already have many other jobs he was burdened with. I saw on Angie's list that people had nice things to say about Mark, so I decided to contact him. To my surprise, he responded right away. He said that he WAS very busy, but that he would try to help me - like maybe find a friend who could do the work for me. Then, a little while later I got a call from Mark that he was at a Home Depot not too far from me, and could he stop in to look at the leak situation. After his inspection he said he really felt I did not need any tiling or new shower floor at all. He said he thought my leak was simply from a small hole adjacent to the drain, and if I got some silicone in there I would be fine. He was exactly right! I passed inspection, and he saved me tons of money. Even more importantly, he saved me tons of stress! Mark was very professional, personable, kind and honest. The whole job took two full weeks, but it came out like a million bucks. We love the job they did and respect the craftsmen who did the job. Mark's main man, Gary, is meticulous and likes what he does. Mike and Mark work in support and the trio is worth the cost of their labor. They did a a few extras for us with no comment or complaint. I like these guys and respect their work and work ethic. Calm and effective, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The job was completed on time and I paid him after he was done, less any deposit I made for materials. I was so pleased by the work that he did that I had him remodel a conference room at my business in Amherst NY. He also did a fine job there and was on time and very cost effective. He always cleans up after the job each day and leaves the job very neat. I am going to hire him to remodel a kitchen this summer in my home in Clarence Center. I would give him a five star rating on everything he has done so far for me. Richard Puglisi

Mark Eberth showed up on time to give me an estimate to put a backsplash in my kitchen. He measured and said a written estimate would be sent in two to three days. The estimate came on time, and I called him to do the work. He immediately ordered the tile and called me as soon as it was in. They had an opening to do the work in about 5 days. They showed up on time and finished the work that day. They protected my wooden floors and worked neatly and did a very professional job. They cleaned everything up so I could immediately use my kitchen. Besides putting in the backsplash, they found two other problems. One was my back door knob was falling off. The second was a loose corner cabinet. Both were fixed at no extra charge. So, yes I would highly recommend Eberth Tiling; and I will call them again for other home improvements around my house.

Eberth Tiling and Home Improvements were timely, professional and clean. The people were nice.

Initially the project started out as a bathroom remodel and repairs from water damage in my mother's home. This however became a much bigger project as a result of incidental findings as the job began. My mother has had no remodeling to the family room since the house was built! When the water damaged paneling was being removed, we understood why the room was always so cold. There was hardly any insulation behind the paneling and no drywall at all! Some of what was behind the paneling, including some of the wood, had mold damage. The job became much bigger at this point...and then WE added additional cosmetic changes! The crew was very accommodating with the necessary or our requested changes. They were very flexible with their time as well. My mother needed surgery during the remodel, and that impacted their schedule. As a result of the work they have completed, we are going forward with more projects. Couldn't be happier!

All were polite. Bathroom turned out beautiful. Tile work by Gary is perfect. The price was good. All things considered the only negative was the fact that we never knew if and when they would arrive and how long they would work. I was hesitant to rehire for some kitchen work because of this issue. However we did. Again, Gary's tile work outstanding. However, they were supposed to install floor and it was to be done the week before Thanksgiving. Contractor never returned my numerous calls to schedule specific day and time. After a week, I left message that his company's services were no longer needed.
