Approach with caution. They will seem very excited and pleased to work with you up until they get all the money required for the job and then nothing. Work is also over priced, $3200 to put up a few feet wide strip of new plywood across one end of a 16'x8' sun room with no detail on what the individual costs associated with it were!? I only received a new contract that just said "Complete framework on back roof of sun room." Even when the job was done, they offered to replace the gutters on the front of the house at no cost to me since they beat them up a little while working up there. They put up two of the pre-sized sections from a hardware store and one side was almost 4' short to covering the length of the roof. The other side was only a little over a foot short, but they still simply took off when done without any attempt made to explain or if/when they would make it right. I realize this was done as a convenience but it should still be done right. The actual roof itself was done very well but that could also be more credit to the quality of materials than anything else. Not a fan of having to pay someone so much money ($9300 total for a small 1100 ft Cape), and still have to finish their work for them.

Some workers don’t pay attention to details. Lose nail. Poor clean up job and part of the roof was miss shingled. Also broke patio furniture when moving it I have been finding cigarette buts and nail all thoughtout my yard. Truck left a stain on the street

Got quote and work started in less than two weeks. Both owner and salesmen were on hand to check on job.

Great company!!! Their project manager, Brandon is very professional and provided me with a detailed explanation of the cause of my leak, the steps he was taking to replace my roof, and even offered me options of shingles!!! Highly recommend!!
