Very pleased, Joe showed up time, did the work quickly and completed the work properly.

There were some issues with the initial installation that should have been avoided. Our concerns were addressed.

Joe of Buffalo Best Roofing responded to our inquiry for assistance with a roof that was damaged in the February 2019 wind storm. He was awesome & exceeded our expectations by providing a thoughtful & thorough estimate & dealt with our situation with respect & class.

They are very nice people ... I knew before I even met them that I would hire them, and that's exactly what happened... I may have another project in mind for them...

The price was fair. They were very nice and cleaned up well also.

This is an INTERIM review -- they are under contract with me for the roofing work we want done; when it's complete, I'll review that. So far, I'm very pleased -- the emergency tarping was done quickly and well. Technicians were very courteous and thorough. The estimator has been very easy to work with and I've had no difficulty staying in touch.

They did a great job. Everyone was nice and they did an excellent job on cleaning up. When I would go outside to take a look to see how it was going I was asked by either the Project manager or the Owner (when he was on site) if I was pleased with everything and if I had any questions I wanted to ask. They also ask me if there was anything I noticed they weren't doing and if I had any problems with anything that was going on. They really seemed to make sure I was happy with the job they were doing which I fell was something that doesn't happen often. I have already passed on a card to someone else who is looking to get a roof done in the next year or so.

Excellent job for the new roof install. Salesman explained everything to me in detail. I was able to have the new roof installed within a week of signing the contract. Clean up was excellent. Roofers were polite and on time. I will use again on my other properties.

They came out and completed the estimate within a day of speaking with the secretary. Salesman was courteous and willing to explain what needed to be done. Started the repair quickly and was right on time. I gave them a certain time to come and they were compliant with that. Cleanup was exceptional. Completed in a timely fashion as I had relatives coming into town and didn't want it to interfere with plans.

I do not recommend this company and I will not use them again. I almost feel it is a scam, they make promises with no intentions of completing it. I made a HUGE mistake I paid in full in advance and I know better than that, shame on me. Let me say, that I have given this company numerous opportunities to finish the work properly with no results before writing a review. To make this very short, they did not complete the work and what they did do is not quality work and no attention to details. It was originally agreed the work would be done on June 22nd they did not even start until July 19th and as of this date, Aug 2nd it still is not complete, they have been here 5 times and it was supposed to all be done in one day. They have nothing but excuses and pass the buck back and forth. There is absolutely no communication within this company one hand does not know what the other is doing. All I heard was it was someone else's fault. Joe , the salesman, makes all kinds of promises and commitments that they have no intentions of keeping. Roy, the owner promises to make it right but it does not get done. I had estimates from other companies which where lower but went with this company; only because Joe assured me they could do all the projects that I needed done expertly and I would not have to hire several different contractors to get it all done. I hired them to solve my problems; not to create more problems. They were hired to repair the house and garage roof leaks, I ended up with more leaks then I had before.Joe said the house gutters and down spouts did not need to be replaced just cleaned, sealed and repaired (tuned up) after numerous arguments, they still leak. They were hired to repair the roof on the garage as it leaked, install new gutters and down spouts, again I ended up with more new leaks then I started with. They did install new gutters and down spouts on the garage which they had to fix twice and not sure if they are correct yet, will find out in the next rain. The side garage door which they installed is a disaster they have worked on it twice and it is still is not right. They did install the flashing around the bottom of the garage they could have done a better job, but it is installed. They did put flashing around the chimney and new chimney cap..time will tell if it still leaks. They removed the satellite dish, time will tell if it leaks. At Joe's instance, a roof vent was moved and then it leaked. The wooden fence all they did was brace it with 2 two-by fours it was of no value. They put up part of the chain link fence, but it is of no value either because it does not meet the latch and the gate can not be closed. The other part of the chain link fence is not installed because Joe now says that was not part of the contract, yet it was. They left the trash lay on my lawn for 2 weeks then when he fin

I needed a new roof as the old one was thirty years plus. It was in very bad shape and the crew did an excellent job. I trust the new roof is waterproof and very secure. The guys were efficient and courteous. There was, however, an additional charge that was a little high, but the project was worth it. I recommend and will use them for other projects.

Quoted $1250 for an 8 hour repair. After completion was told repair took only 2 hours. Contractor insisted on full $1250 for payment. Neither owner nor salesperson would talk to me directly about it; only through their secretary.
