They were quick to tackle the job after I first called them. And there is no sign of the tree or stump, and all debris was fastidiously cleaned up.

Went very well. They completed the work in roughly 1 week after getting the quote. Left the area where work was done in great shape.

All removed and cleaned up within 2 days.

Great. The team was efficient and respectful. There were five guys working and they took the tree down, took care of the branches and moved the large wood off to the side (we wanted it to burn). Prior to the work, they came out quickly to do an estimate and then scheduled the work around my schedule.

Couldn't ask for better service, price, clean up. Included stump removal!

Bob's Tree Service did a great job. Took two medium sized trees down, ground the stumps and cleaned up. Whole job took about 4 hours total. Extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. Price was very good. Would definitely hire them again if I needed too.

Called five tree services I found through Angie's list. All came out within a week to give an estimate. Although this was not the least expensive, Paul (the owner) came out to give me an estimate, and discuss exactly what I needed done. We have a double gate, and he said his equipment would fit through it (other's said we needed to cut the fence posts, take the fence out and then put it back up to fit their equipment). Paul had purchased a piece of equipment specifically for this type of job - that showed he was dedicated to his company and was investing into it. The crew came when they said they would (depended on the weather to minimize damage to the backyard). I chose this company because I felt they were professional. The crew was well staffed, everyone had a job to do and they worked well together. They got the 5 trees out without disturbing any other plants around them or the fence right behind the trees. They were also the only company willing to take the wood and clean all the mess. They came back to grind the stumps and they were removed very efficiently. They even trimmed a few dead branches off our remaining tree. They were very professional, and my neighbors noticed, and they have gotten more business in my neighborhood after doing our job.

From the fast response to my phone call, to the job being done the next day, Paul and his crew were courteous, on time, efficient and did a great job. we have an in ground pool next to the tree that was removed and the man that was up in the cab directed each branch to fall in a specific area away from the pool . The clean up crew were careful not to damage the existing land scape and also did a great job of clearing all the debris. I would use them again and highly recommend them there are so many high pressured sales men out there and this is just an honest hard working crew.

The property and yard at our new house were in such bad shape that we didn’t even know where to start, off a great recommendation we called Paul to come out for an estimate on our overgrown trees. He spent over an hour with us discussing the condition of our trees, shrubs, yard and potential landscaping. His expertise was undeniable and within days his crew had already cleared out some dangerous limbs from three huge maple trees. They then went to work tearing out overgrown garden beds and dead shrubs, resurfacing/leveling our backyard to put in sod, and completing our landscape design. Our satisfaction with their quality of work, reliability, and clean up far surpassed our expectations. We feel like we’ve been given the keys to our house all over again, a dream come true that we didn’t even know was possible.

I liked that they were available and their price was good. They did a very good job for the most part but I disliked some of clean-up afterwards. There were few leftovers.

They didn't charge me for the estimate. 

I called them up and they came out the same day. They gave me a price on it. They kept to the price. They came back a week later and did the job to my complete satisfaction.

The owner Paul came out to give me an estimate on Sunday May 22nd. He was early, pleasant and answered all of my questions. He told me the work could be done in two weeks. I called the Tuesday after labor day, to ask which day would be good for them, he returned my call on Wednesday and said the work could be done Friday. Paul and the workers arrived at about 8am on Friday and got right to work. I went outside to watch the process. Paul was there when they arrived and came back a bit later and joined in on the grinding. There was a crew of 4 workers and many heavy duty pieces of machinery. One went right up in the cherry picker and had the large pine tree down in about 20 minutes! All the branches were cut first and then the trunk in sections. The branches and pieces of trunk went right into the chipper - a real treat to watch the chipper make such light work of the very large trunk sections that were moved to the chipped with bobcat type loaders with a claw on the front. Next came the huge grinding machine to turn a weed bed and the stump into dust - another very cool thing to watch. Then another bobcat type with a scoop to pick up all the ground up material and put it in a dump truck. The tiny remnants were cleaned with shovels and a blower. All of the crew was friendly and answered my questions and all of the equipment was in top working condition. I've experienced crews that spend hours trying to get the equipment working or needing to leave and replace something they brought that wasn't right so I was very impressed to see such great work and organization. They made what I thought was a big job look like nothing at all. Everything was complete and fully cleaned up by 10:30am. I would recommend them to anyone and would not want to use anyone else. They have a landscaping crew that is coming next week to lay sod over the ground up areas. Thanks so much!!!

Paul, the owner, gave us an estimate to trim the tree trimmed and/or have the tree removed.  We decided to have the tree trimmed and set up a date to have the work completed.  The schedule to have the work done was Wednesday, December 30th at 9:00 AM.  Paul and his two workers showed up promptly at 9:00 AM, looked the tree over and immediately started to work.  Since the ground was quite wet from the rain we previously had, they were unable to bring any equipment into the backyard.  Paul supervised the job, while one worker climbed and trimmed and the other worker hand carried all of the large branches out to the front driveway.  Our driveway was piled high with branches and after the tree was totally trimmed they began grinding the branches.  The driveway was covered in a lot of loose debris, which the workers cleaned up.   All three individuals were very professional and we would definitely recommend Bob's Tree & Stump Service to anyone who is looking to have tree service done.

They accommodated our schedule, arrived on time, listened to our wishes, gave great advice, and did a fantastic job. We will definitely call them back for any tree trimming needs in the future!

he came by and gave me an estimate and never seen or heard from him again. Would not return my calls and then I was getting messages his phone was disconnected.

Never returned our call. Not a big deal though as we decided to wait to take the tree down. It's horribly expensive as it is entwined with the electric cable.

Bob's Tree Service came promptly and cut down the tree perfectly.  Their price was also excellent.

I had estimates from 3 different tree services. The other 2 suggested cutting down huge branches, and this was more expensive. Paul cut many smaller branches for a lower price. I can't say how much it would have been if I had asked him to cut the huge branches. Paul and his team used the lift for one tree and climbed the others due to a fence and septic system. My husband was home during this, he really liked Paul and his team. They cut up all of the branches and put them in a pile for firewood. He trimmed about 5 trees for us, 2 of them are silver maples that are massive. He accomplished what I asked for, I wanted more sun on my garden. I would absolutely use Paul and his team again.  Paul called me to remind me about the work because he looked at the trees when there was a lot of snow, and then we had to wait for some to melt. I really was happy that he took the time to call and make arrangements without me having to keep calling him.
