Description of Work: I had a picture window replaced in 2014 and am now replacing 3 more windows. The salesman was awesome and the work performance was excellent. The only way I knew they replaced the window was the view. Amazing workmanship and clean up.

Description of Work: We replaced our front back doors and screen doors also. We loved the doors. The installers were great. The one thing we didn't like was follow up. We originally ordered these doors in August, 2014 with the understanding it would take 6 weeks to manufacture and stain. We hadn't heard from them; so called the end of October, only to be told the doors were in. They were installed in the beginning of October; but the front door had a gouge in the side (which the installer brought to our attention. The back door hardware was also wrong. We were advised it would take 6 weeks to get replacements. We were finally called the 3rd week in January, 2015 that the replacements were in. The installers came, only the front door hadn't been drilled for the type of door handle and lock we had. So they had to take off the hardware of the replacement door; and put the original door back on. The work was finally completed in March, 2015.

 + -1 moreTheir quote was high and we ended up going with another company. They were very friendly. He came pretty quickly. As far as I know they were very responsible. I don?t know if there was something wrong with the communications as they did not get back to me. They were good and punctual. They have been in the business for a long time. You don?t need to worry about warranties.

I was very pleased with the job especially since I had had the back of the house done by another company (that did not fair so well in rating). Recommend Pete and his guys!

 + -1 moreI contacted Big L by phone. They sent out a representative who did very little talking and offered no options. I had to know a little bit about it in order to pry information out of him. He measured, grunted a few times and I never saw or heard from him or from anyone at Big L ever again! I guess they didn't need my business. I don't like to have to beg someone to buy windows!
