Bath Fitter

Today, I had Bath Fitter of Cheektowaga, NY Work on two bathrooms in my home. The 1st bathroom, a shower replacement and for the 2nd bathroom a walk in shower replacement was to be done. Pat and Dylan were sent to complete the job orders. I was very impressed by these gentleman's professionalism and also the efforts they made to perform the job to my satisfaction. When the job was completed I was truly elated. The showers look beautiful. I was very satisfied with Bath Fitter and would definitely recommend others to this company. Five Stars.

Hired Bath Fitter to replace a tub with a stall shower. Very happy with the overall result! Installer did a great job! When considering hiring Bath Fitter vs. doing it myself - the cost was about the same. They did more plumbing work than I planned - so all in all - it was a good decision. Not cheep but very good value and their work is warranted for as long as I own (can also transfer to next owner).

Had bathtub and shower surround covered with acrylic. They did an awesome job. Done in Four hours and no mess the clean up!

Bath Fitter replaced a corner shower and installed a full shower in one of our bathrooms. They were very knowledgeable about their products from the initial sale to installation.

The installer was super-polite, nice to my dogs and worked hard to make sure the job was done as quickly as possible. 😊

The installer was a very courteous gentleman. He made sure not to track dirt into the house. Everything was done and installed on site in one day. We are very pleased with the shower. We went from an old tub with shower to a walk in shower. I would recommend them to anyone.

bathfitters actually cinnected me to one of their 3rd party plumbers they freauently use, since the issue was not something bathfitters does. the plumber fixed the issue and although very expensive, as it was custom work I am very pleased that my spa shower now works like new

They blocked my heat duct and now I have to freeze in the bathroom for 3 weeks till they rip it out and fix the duct they crushed or filled with debris.

They are upfront and do what they say they are going to do.
