I love their services. The used their services last on January 24th and one time before too. They were wonderful both times. We had a frozen pipe, as it is really cold here. It did not burst, but he stayed until he could find it and he fixed it. He literally massaged it with his fingers to make it warm. The reason I am continuously using his services is that he calls back, and I just trust him. He is very methodical in thinking. He just goes from room to room and kind of thinks it through. Everything he did met my expectations. As far as exceeding my expectations, is just his honesty. I just felt that he is very honest and my husband feels the same. I plan on continuing to use his services, and he will be my plumber.

He sort of came with the house we bought as he was the plumber of choice of the previous owners. They recommended Dave, and we would also. In 12+ years, he has never let us down: His work is always complete, timely, and reasonably priced.

Called in with problems. They asked all the right questions to glean information. Set up an appointment in two weeks out. Didn't receive a confirmation call from them, so I called them the day prior to confirm. They didn t return my call nor they show up for the appointment.

I was so thankful to actually get them to come so fast. They were here within a half an hour because it was an emergency situation. They handled everything professionally and efficiently. I trust them completely. I had to leave for a meeting and they kept on working. They're very honest and their prices are good.
