To My Customers: 19 years ago, some of you let me work on your homes, Thank You! I took that privilege seriously. You were pledged to receive the highest standard of materials, workmanship, service, professionalism, customer satisfaction and personal accountability available from the knowledge and resources I had at that time. I simply knew then that so long as I maintained those core values, the company would strengthen and foster a deep sustaining base which would eventually grow into the great service providing company it has become today. Today, With 19 additional years of experience and carefully re-invested resources, I would like to renew that pledge to each of you. I was very impressed with Eric and his level of professionalism. He offered sound advice on what needed to be done with our roof, gutters and drainage. He offered a very fair price and showed a real commitment to high quality work. Our roof had some complicated features and Eric personally came out to ensure that the work was up to his high standards. I would recommend Eric for any of these services and we will use him again in the future
Description of Work: We initially used Eric for some gutter cleaning and then had him replace a section of our roof and also do some drainage work for us.

Cleaned gutters fine but then refused to tighten/add fasteners. Refused to negotiate for reduced services and ultimately sent my account to a collection agency.
Description of Work: Contracted for them to clean gutters and replace hardware/fasteners as per service advertised on their web site.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY GOT IT DONE. THEY GOT IT FINISHED IN A TIMELY WAY, AND THE DRAINS ALL DRAIN PROPERLY. IT WAS JUST ONE GUY UP ON THE ROOF. WE DIDN'T INTERACT AT ALL. HE JUST GOT IT FINISHED.
