Adams Tree Service Inc

I have been using Darryl and his crew since 2008. I find them to be very professional and courteous. They have taken excellent care of all of my shrubs, bushes and trees. I am very pleased with their services and I have the utmost faith in them. I would certainly recommend them very highly.

The service is always excellent. In particular, with respect to removal of dead trees and trimming of healthy ones, Daryl Adams and his workers are very careful and artistic. We have some beautiful trees on the property, and he has done an artistic job in shaping them and in strengthening them so that they survive the elements. Removing dead trees can be a safety issue. We were horrified to see a rival company use the "timber" method to take a down a 50 foot tree on property across the street, which luckily didn't injure anyone or damage homes or electric lines. Mr. Adams removes the tree in manageable chunks, which I suspect is more expensive than the timber method - but a lot safer. He has also done a good job in preserving our trees. We highly recommend his services.

I made a 3:30pm appointment to discuss tree service with Daryl Adams Owner and certified Arborist. I did say that if he could come earlier I would like him to, but they assured me his schedule would not allow it. He calls at 1:30 the day of the appointment and leaves a message that he will be about an hour early (2:30pm) but he will wait for me if I am not there. I rushed home to be there and arrive maybe 40 minutes early (2:50pm) for my appointment, and he is not there. I call his cell phone and it rings but he does not answer, so I leave a message that I am home and waiting for him. An hour later I call his office and they say they do not know where he is and they will have him call when he gets in. I call his cell and it goes right to voicemail. I wait a little longer and he never shows up (as far as I know) , and never calls. I call the office, and nobody answers. Two days later I get a message from him saying he was there and looked around and left, but we can consult over the phone or schedule a new appointment. I am not sure how you can tell someone what branches to cut on 5-6 large trees over the phone and expect quality results, so I call the office to schedule a new appointment and they tell me he will call me back. Three days later I have not heard from anyone, and I will not be hiring Adams Tree Service for anything.

We had used Adams Tree Service a few years earlier for extensive clean up and take down of trees. The work was excellent. On a Sunday in March 08 we found a split in a huge pine tree on the side of our house and the wind was causing the tree to sway in 2 directions. Daryl Adams came over quickly and secured the tree so it would not split and fall on the house. The next day he returned to take the tree down and also took down another large pine tree at our request. When we came home from work that day, besides the trees being gone, you couldn't tell they had been there. All the debris was removed and the area clean. I highly recommend Adams Tree Service.

HE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND FOUND OUT IT NEEDED 2 TYPES OF TREATMENT. ONE TYPE WAS INJECTED IN THE TREE AND THE OTHER WAS IN THE SOIL.
