The price's are also very reasonable and you can tell they are people with integrity and honor that is not in the buisness to rip you off. John, as well as the men who worked for him, were prompt, curteous, excellent with customer service as well as having the work be top quality. They did cabinetry work, tile installation and some painting. We do not have one complaint. They completed the work so much faster than we expected, and we are thrilled. We highly recommend ProWorks!

Basement Renovation. Work began on Feb 3. The Government imposed a work stoppage due to Covid-19 on Mar 22. Work resumed on May 15. Work completed on Jun 8. Proworks did an outstanding job renovating our basement. John and his team efficiently completed each phase providing design tips and suggestions along the way as we requested changes here and there during the build process. We would use Proworks again and highly recommend them!

John is very professional, unlike many in the business - he does what he says he will do and stands behind his work!

John was very professional. He listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to make sure that our project exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the remodel that we did, and his team worked in a very timely fashion. Everyone who worked with him was courteous and kind.

Project Manager, who is the company owners father, was very aggressive with an extremely negative attitude. Workmanship was poor and the materials used were damaged and defective. I had to hire a new vendor to replace a total of 15 new deck boards at an additional cost to me. When I advised the owner of the company, through various emails, to reimburse me for the labor and cost of materials, he has continuously chosen to ignore me. Do not use Proworks Interiors to install a new deck. The anxiety and frustration with this company has left me very skeptical of hiring an unknown company. Next time I will do my due diligence and find a vendor through word of mouth. Finding a vendor recommended by friends and family is better than dealing with an unknown.

Proworks was very responsive and accommodating to changes in what we wanted. They also did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the progress and changes from their perspective.

Proworks responded very quickly to the Home Advisor request for an estimate, and from that moment forward it was a top notch experience. John, Sal, Ian and the entire crew were skilled, attentive and unfailingly polite. I felt well informed and in very capable hands. When a last minute hurdle presented itself, they worked in a superhuman way to make the leap and finish the job beautifully. I give John's the highest recommendation.

John did an excellent job, very professional from beginning to end.

This is one of the most professional, friendly, timely, and skilled company we've ever had complete work in our home. They completely re-did our basement and it looks phenomenal! The only setback we had was that we weren't overly excited about the painter's job (there are some roller marks on the walls, but that's not a big deal to us!). The workers were kind, professional, and pretty much stayed right on schedule. We absolutely love John W. and his company. We have several more projects that we intend on hiring them for. If you need work on your home this is the company to call!!!
