John and his team (Sal and Billy are just some of the team members) turned our dark, musty basement into a masterpiece! What once looked like a dungeon is now a bright, cozy space where I actually want to spend time. I thought the only thing our basement would ever be good for was hiding holiday decorations and junk, but now it’s a whole new level of livable. John made the process so easy and stress-free, always ready with a solution to every challenge. His crew worked with such precision that even the drywall looks like it belongs in a museum. Highly recommend, if you're thinking of remodeling your basement, just call this company. Your basement will thank you!

John, as well as the men who worked for him, were prompt, curteous, excellent with customer service as well as having the work be top quality. They did cabinetry work, tile installation and some painting. We do not have one complaint. They completed the work so much faster than we expected, and we are thrilled. We highly recommend ProWorks!

Basement Renovation. Work began on Feb 3. The Government imposed a work stoppage due to Covid-19 on Mar 22. Work resumed on May 15. Work completed on Jun 8. Proworks did an outstanding job renovating our basement. John and his team efficiently completed each phase providing design tips and suggestions along the way as we requested changes here and there during the build process. We would use Proworks again and highly recommend them!

John was very professional. He listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to make sure that our project exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the remodel that we did, and his team worked in a very timely fashion. Everyone who worked with him was courteous and kind.

Project Manager, who is the company owners father, was very aggressive with an extremely negative attitude. Workmanship was poor and the materials used were damaged and defective. I had to hire a new vendor to replace a total of 15 new deck boards at an additional cost to me. When I advised the owner of the company, through various emails, to reimburse me for the labor and cost of materials, he has continuously chosen to ignore me. Do not use Proworks Interiors to install a new deck. The anxiety and frustration with this company has left me very skeptical of hiring an unknown company. Next time I will do my due diligence and find a vendor through word of mouth. Finding a vendor recommended by friends and family is better than dealing with an unknown.

John seemed great. Had an awesome meeting with him and he spent a bunch of time at my house reviewing the layout and the potential project. Unfortunately it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone after multiple attempts at reaching out. Perhaps they are too busy.
