+ -1 moreWe stumbled on RK Property Maintenance when we needed some construction waste taken to the dump. That relationship has grown and Bob has done increasingly more and more work for us and now in my son's home and my daughter's as well. We found Bob very capable and quite imaginative in solving problems that had us wondering how it was going to get done. I'm sure that Bob will continue to be at our home every time a job comes up. We have referred him to numerous friends and never had a complaint.
Description of Work: R.K. Property Maintenance, Bob Kieb, has done numerous jobs for me both at my home and at a rental property we own. We have found Bob to be exceptionally well priced as well as most pleased with his work. He is the first to know what areas he is competent at and what areas we may need to look elsewhere. Some of the jobs we have had RK Property Maintenance do for us: Painting Porch Repair (structural) Bathroom remodeling (3 baths) Kitchen Remodeling (working with custom cabinets) Sheetrock repair Tiling (floor and wall) Window Replacement Family Room Remodeling Decking
