They were on time, polite and professional. It would have taken months to do what they did in a day. Anything they had questions about they brought to me to see if it was something I wanted to keep. People need to remember that the contents of a house is not worth a lot of money unless you had collectables or antiques. Knowing the house is empty and we can fix it up to sell is a weight off of my shoulders. I will most likely use them again when we down size our house.

Called this provider and was initially pleasantly surprised to talk to owner. Specifically talked about one particular item as part of a larger estate sale. Owner said he would do some research and get back to me - gave me personal e-mail. Less than three hours later had the most casual e-mail from a person who did not even have the professionalism to know enough to address me by name, reference my conversation with owner, identify herself, or use her last name. I called up and yes, I was livid; even if that particular item was NOT something they felt they could sell, felt the owner at least could have inquired about other items we wanted to sell, etc. He immediately talked OVER me; did not address MY reaction or the cause of it. U professional and WILL NEVER contact again for ANY consideration for ANY job.
