+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They showed up when others didn't. They were a little pricey but they did okay.
Description of Work: They replaced the motor and the remote starter of my garage door. They also installed a rubber retainer across the bottom of the door.

+ -1 moreBonnet was great. Figures, the first big snow storm of 2016 and the garage door breaks at 8pm. I called Bonnet up the morning after, immediately got someone who transferred me to service who also picked up right away. We set an appointment for later that same day when everyone else wasn't working during the snowstorm or quoted 2 to 7 days to get out to see us in Liverpool. The tech arrived within the service window stated (regardless of the bad roads) and fixed everything in under an hour for an incredible price. Moreover, he gave my wife advice that I shouldn't have been trying to fix it myself (and he's right, I shouldn't have been) and gave some additional tips on weather stripping, etc. Literally could not have asked for better service and same day to boot. We will use Bonnet going forward, thanks for the help!
