Keith returned my call promptly and was able to come the same day to fix the problem. He and his helper did not have the parts needed on their truck but they were able to purchase them and came right back to finish the repair. All told, even with having to go out and purchase parts, the whole job took just under an hour to complete. I highly recommend Keith and feel confident in saying that you will receive, prompt, courteous, professional service.

Our Central AC froze up at 10 pm...used Angies List message service to 3 plumbing companies...Keith messaged me early am...gave me his cell. When we spoke he told me to change the filter because the problem i had was often caused by dirty filter. He said to call back if didn't work. IT WORKED! Full service restored....no $$ cost...just very grateful....and has gained a lifelong customer.

Left a message with Keith on Wednesday and received a return callback in less than 30 minutes. I explained the situation - a pipe leading from my hot water heater had a pinhole and since it wasn't an emergency that Keith would come the next day. He called that following morning to confirm, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and immediately went to work. He was very thorough, the work was impeccable and he cleaned up everything. He was also kind enough to answer some questions about my hot water heater and gave me an estimate to run a propane line to my grill. Great guy, great service and great prices - what else could you ask for! He is now my "go-to-guy" for all of my plumbing needs

Keith Murray, the founder's son quoted us a very fair price; came when he said he would; and completed the installation quickly, cleanly and professionally. He explained a number of things that I wasn't aware of. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Things went better than expected. I noticed water praying out of pipe early Saturday morning when I was scheduled to drive upstate that afternoon. Even though plumber was not working, he responded to my call and came over to assess the problem. I accepted his offer to come Monday morning to work on the furnace. A bucket was placed under the pipe and emptied throughout the weekend. Plumber came Monday morning and made an excellent repair/replacement of the pipe and dodged a bullet of a worse-case scenario.

After working diligently to remove the faucet Keith had the unpleasant task of letting me know that the holes to our pedestal sink were just off standard size and too close together for any standard-size replacement faucet to work (including the one we had already purchased). In essence, he told us & showed us just why our simple faucet change was actually a need for a new vanity & faucet. NOT the news any home owner wants to hear but it was an honest and thoughtful explanation and truth we had to accept. Keith (and Billy, assistant) were easy to talk to, thoughtful and honest. They repackaged the new faucet that didn't fit, cleaned up the sink area before they left & measured out the space for a new vanity. They gave me the measurements, gave me some much needed advice on where to go and Keith gave me his card with his cell# to call with any questions or concerns that may come up while out looking for the vanity. Seriously a pleasure working with them... Who could ask for anything more out of a service provider?!! JHMORAN is were you should call if you need plumbing services! Don't even hesitate!!!

Terrific! Initial time range was between 12-3, Keith arrived at 12:15 and went to work immediately. He explained the reasons why my furnace had been temperamental and how he could fix it the right way for a heck of a lot less that having to get a new one! He fixed my water heater some time ago which is still working as it should and now my furnace. This is a solid outfit and my immediate go-to option for reliable, expert service. Highly recommended.

When I called JHMoran to come fix a leaking pipe under my sink, my expectations were fairly low - he'd fix the issue. But, it may cost more than I wanted, take more time than I was prepared for, and I was waiting for the list of other issues he'd point out as he poked around. When Keith showed up when he said he would, first thing in the morning, I felt that maybe this experience would be different than ones past. He proceeded to fix my sink with a few runs in and out of his truck. After a conversation about what the last guy did wrong, I was waiting for a sales pitch to upgrade my house to gold plumbing or something. Didn't happen. The rate was fair based on some other calls I had made, but it seemed to be an even better deal when I realized Keith is a knowledgeable, reputable plumber in my area. Reliable, honest and clean too! He saved me from having a big problem on my hands over the holidays. Thanks Keith & Angie's List. Highly recommend.

the slow sink drain was not remedied. Replaced the trap and used tape to attach the dishwasher drain hose which leaked all over under the sink 2 days later. Gave my wife some commercial drain cleaner and told her to keep pouring hot water down the drain. Drain was still slow. Had to call another plumber! Was charged around $400 by JHMoran for what?? I would never have paid, the wife did and I should have stopped the check! This was an expensive lesson.

Excellent, punctual and very helpful

Keith was very punctual and responsive, coming at 7am to assess the scope of the job first knowing I had to catch a train to work. The job was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. He even offered to put me in touch with an electrician knowing I was in a bind. I would definitely hire JH Moran for my next plumbing job.

Keith did an excellent job at a very fair price! He researched what filters were the best options for my house, made sure I clearly understood the pros/cons of each option, and made suggestions to help me save some money. He was prompt for the scheduled appointment, did a great job cleaning up after the job, and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend for any plumbing job.

Couldn't be more satisfied with Keith from JH Moran. This was the 2nd time I hired him and everything went amazing, wish all companies were like this! The first time I called him a few weeks ago was on a Sunday morning because I had a leaking pipe. Keith was at my house within 45 minutes... on a Sunday morning! Now a few weeks later I had Keith install a mixing valve on my boiler as well as replace a hose bib. Everything went really smooth, prices are very reasonable, and all around great, honest guy. Keith has even talked me out of doing some stuff that I inquired about because of how he said it wasn't necessary at the moment. Can't beat that kind of honesty. Very glad I found this company, for I now know I'm in good hands with all my plumbing needs.
