Description of Work: They installed a giant dry well, four sections of 10 foot diameter sections. They were a big time operation who came with big trucks and back hoes. I was pleased with much of what they did BUT I did request a larger pipe between the various dry wells to the giant basin but they just put in their standard size though when I get flooded it happens QUICKLY and I will have to install an additional drain with the 12 inch pipe to the basin in the Spring. They took away the great high quality sand and top soil and spread over my lawn the crummy clay beneath (layer two) so I had to purchase new top soil to re cover the front yard which is now a foot higher than it was. Overall, I was pleased with their work but I was not knowledgeable about the spreding out of the crummy soil which they should have taken along with the great sand since, I live on a cliff where the continuation of my hill was a great sand mine during the 1950s and 1960s, I WOULD recommend them, but know what is to be done and make sure everything is done in writing. They DID perform the job, but I wish I knew earlier those finer points that I learned after they left.

Description of Work: This consisted of ripping up our driveway (cesspool is under the driveway) and draining the overflowing cesspool. They came back the Monday after Thanksgiving and removed the original septic tank. They replaced the old tank and routed it into the overflow tank. They put a new cover on the overflow tank, and put in two manhole covers so it would be accessible in the future without having to tear apart the driveway.
