Description of Work: The saddle between my kitchen and foyer came up, and they replaced it at a cost of $75. It was a difficult job because the two floors are on a different plane, and they had to come back twice to repair the problem. As it turned out, the problem was not from a faulty installation, but from our cleaning girl using a heavy vacuum cleaner on it. They were most courteous and helpful.

Description of Work: Your Floor Store was great! I needed carpet for my entry foyer staircase and upper hall landing. It was the final selection in a total remodel, and they made the process very easy. In the showroom, Debbie and Rich were very helpful in helping me to select just the right carpet that would suit our needs (with pets), and complete the look of our remodel. Rich came out the same day to measure, and had the layout and pricing the same evening. The order was placed, and installed within the week! The install team was prompt, friendly, clean, and went above and beyond to insure we would be happy. We love the final look of our foyer, and are very grateful we found Rich and Debbie. |

 + -1 moreI have had work done by them before. They were great. I went in to the store and I told them the project that I wanted to do. They have tons and tons of samples. They showed me all types of floors, colors, brands and all that. They even come out for free to measure even before you say you even want the work done. They even come in and measure and give you an idea than before we think it out this is what is going to cost you. They also keep it in a file so that when we you are ready to go ahead with the project and they just not even push you at all.

I can call them on something and they'll say to not worry and they'll come over. They are just great. They are very fair because I've worked with them for years. They are terrific. They are honest, perfect and very fair.

 + -1 moreThe man was very nice but didn't have samples or prices. He said he was going to make a floor plan and we would have to come to the store to order. The store was about 25 miles from us and we didn't feel like going.
Description of Work: Came to the house and measured. Told us we had to go to his store to pick out carpet or floor and get the price.

 + 1 moreI just had carpet, laminate and hardwood installed by Your Floor Store and it was a very enjoyable experience. From the start of the sale with the Sales Designer who helped us with colors and floor choices, and then the owner Rich came to our home for the measurements and went over everything with us before the installation. Then the finishing touch were his incredible installers that left our home looking beautiful. I would highly recommend Your Floor Store for a very proffesional experience.

 + -1 moreWe had numerous contractors come in for estimates and Rich was by far the most thorough and honest. We had originally intended to go with hardwood but he persuaded us to go with the less expensive laminate as it would hold up better with our two dogs and with our high traffic areas. We liked being able to visit the showroom and pick out the samples we liked. Rich allowed us to bring them home with us and even do some durability tests on them (i.e dropped heavy dog toys on them, wife walked on the samples with heels, etc). I would highly recommend Your Floor Store to anyone needing flooring done. We will be going back to them when we put carpet in our basement!
Description of Work: I had Rich from Your Floor Store come in to install high grade laminate flooring for over 980 sq feet, basically my entire living space in my house including the kitchen. The installation was done by two fine gentlemen who did a great job and were very informative of each step of the installation process as they were progressing. The installers took their time and did a fantastic job. Two months after the installation we had an issue with a molding coming loose, we called the store and the next day our installer was there and he replaced the molding and it has held perfectly ever since.

 + -1 moreI told him no I did not. He then asked me where did I purchase it. I asked him why he needed to know that to tell me if he repaired floating floors? He gave no reason and just repeated the same question. I told him the type of floor it was (name brand), figuring this he would need to know but he again asked where I purchased it and seeing I would not tell him, said he did not repair floating wood floors.
Description of Work: When I asked him if they repaired floating wood floors he asked me if I purchased it from them.
