I do not have enough great things to say about Patrick! From the first day my wife and I met him we knew he'd take care of us. The estimate was fair, and provided on site. We hired Victorian Fence right at that time. We considered others, and we probably could have found cheaper, but the reputation of Victorian Fence matters. Patrick did everything possible to accommodate us. We had safety concerns, so he fit us in when some other jobs experienced delays. This is the busy season for them, so we really appreciate the help. If it wasn't for Patrick and Joe, the experience wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. On he day of the install everything was great. They arrived early with a knowledgable and courteous crew. Later in the day even more showed up to get the aluminum fencing and railings completed. Try respected our landscaping and masonry work, and left the yard beautiful. We now have a safe and beautiful backyard with wonderful gates. We receive compliments from neighbors on every aspect of the fencing. This is my go-to fencing company for all future projects, and kudos to Patrick. He responds immediately and is always kind and on he ball. It should also be noted that my wife and I are difficult and demanding clients and we expect a lot.

We went with Victorian because I trusted their sales manager, Patrick - he was upfront and honest re: cost (they weren't the cheapest estimate we received) and stood by his product. The install manager, Carlos, and his crew came within 2 weeks and replaced the fence. They were professional, respectful, and left the job spotless. We did have to have them come back a couple of times to add some things that they didn't have at the time, but they kept in contact and resolved the issue within a few days. What really makes me recommend Victorian is that we had a major issue with the town after a complaint was made about our fence not being up to town code. Patrick came back to assess the issue and ensured us that it would get fixed. Carlos and the crew came to our home after hours to fix the problem and did not charge us. We are so truly thankful for the FANTASTIC customer service that was provided and I cannot say enough good things about their integrity and great work. Thank you guys!!

It's worth noting that I am very detailed oriented and like to do my homework before selecting contractors. I researched a number of contractors to install a 6ft white PVC fence and Victorian stood out. All of my interactions with Victorian revealed the company is focused on 1) providing great customer service 2) using high quality materials and 3) hiring professional installers who make sure the customer is satisfied with the installation. Before selecting Victorian, I met and spoke with Pete (co-owner) on several occasions where he walked through product quality and his installers’ attention to detail, provided customer references, and gave the general impression that he was eager for the job despite being on the smaller side -- a fence on one side of the house along with 2 gates. The installation came out great and the fence is straight and clean looking. The installers also went out of their way to make sure we were happy and walked thru the entire job prior to starting. Cleanup was professional. Overall we were very impressed with Victorian in terms of customer service, quality installation, quality material, and at a fair price. Would recommend Victorian without reservation.

I first want to say that we are very happy with the job Victorian Fence did. They are a class act. If you read the full narrative you will see that they really helped us out in a bad situation. We had gotten three estimates but felt most comfortable with this company. We also liked the magnetic locking gate latch that would be put on all the gates. The others did not seem to have alternatives to the standard gate latch. We wanted something more secure. Patrick and Joe went over the estimate, showed us the material and the gate latch. The project got delayed a bit due to weather and we needed to get the surveyor in to mark the corners. Once the snow was mostly gone the surveyor came in on a Tuesday and the project started on a Friday. Victorian fence uses all their own installers and it was obvious that it was a harmonious group. Several had been with the company for a long time which means they are well treated. Friday morning Patrick and his crew arrived as scheduled , even though it was snowing, and we met the 5 guys working the job. We walked the job with his foreman Luis. They planned to set the poles on Friday and finished the job on Saturday. After they left on Friday we walked the perimeter and were very pleased with how everything looked. All the poles were set in cement. The next morning we were walking our dogs and were appalled to see that all the poles in the back had been removed by vandals. We immediately called Patrick and he called his installation manger Carl. Patrick said they would reset the poles with quick set and string the chainlink the same day to secure the fence. Carl, the installation manager, arrived early Saturday, with the guys, to see the damage. He reiterated that they would put the poles back in quick set and would finish the back and as much of the side that they could. They would not be able to finish Saturday but would come back on Sunday. The crew worked all day Saturday until at least 5PM. Sunday morning they arrived bright and early and finished the job by about 1PM. The fence looks beautiful. They did a great job. Whenever the foreman, Luis, had a question he would find us. Things like positioning of the gates, the gate swing etc. At the end of the job we walked the fence line with him. The crew was very friendly and they all knew their jobs and did them well. Joe lived up to his promises and created fencing and a pergola that exceeded my expectations. He is truly professional. He runs a large enterprise, so I would recommend you speaking with him early in the season to give him time to address your goals. Thanks Joe!

It was reasonable. I like the company. They gave me a decent price. They came when they said they would come and they did a decent job.

The price was somewhat high and we were able to do the railings on our own for a lot cheaper.

A great find. very professional fair price and went above and beyond by doing some extra work that I asked for. There are several measurements that I use when evaluating a potential vendor. The first is the responsiveness to the initial call. Second is the punctuality of the sales/service call and third the quality of the work and workers. Victorian Fence is an A + on all accounts. When I asked the sales person to do some extra work he did not hesitate and saying yes and basically said "this is what we do and we encounter these types of issues all of the time." That's what you want to hear when you are dealing with a vendor. I was so confident that the work, material and workmanship would be top notch that I broke my own self imposed rule of getting at least three quotes an gave the job to them on the spot. I was told that I would receive a call with the actual time and day of the service and that time was kept as well as the initial marking of pipes and electrical lines, which is a must for this kind of work. A great crew as well. Vary nice guys eager to do everything the right way. My wife and I are very happy with the quality and the installation of the fence. I would recommend Victorian without hesitation. Follow Up: July 2015 We had a major storm on Long Island recently and we lost a number of tree limbs. Unfortunately one of those limbs went right through our new fence. Called Victorian and they came right out assessed the damage and quoted a price. Considering the circumstances the pricing was more than fair. Within a week of Patrick's visit our fence was as good as new.

Excellent! I believer there were 3 of them, and they were very prompt, on time, and punctual. They were efficient, their price was reasonable, and the quality was great.

Victorian did an amazing job! I would surely recommend this company to anyone in need of a fence. Pat and Joe were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that had been done. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day of installation and their team worked extremely hard. They were very neat, polite, and answered any questions I had regarding the installation. I could not be happier with the new fence.

They were really good, price wise and everything. Those guys were really good because the gates were already in. They adjusted the gates for me and stuff like that with no extra charge.

They installed all new fencing, all handmade and Pete did an over the top job, it could not have been better. He was just exceptional, absolutely first rate.

Perfect transaction. Met with the owner Joe on initial vist, followed by George who explained the complete job in detail. Day of install workers showed up on time, polite and worked around my schedule which was nice. Order was completed clean and at a timely fashion. Would highly recommend company for all your fencing needs.

Pros: Price Friendly, respectful and follow up on every request Cons: - Gave me a wrong estimate(the price went up on the day of installation: they forgot to count the gate. Apparently, according to some other comments, that's a common problem that they have) - None of the workers or people on the site speak English (the Spanish workers were very friendly and responsive though) - I had to wait a month for them to take away the old fence - They forgot to install metal reinforcing rail

We met with George to discuss our needs. He proved to be a very knowledgable and professional representative of the company.From that experience we decided to utilize this company and were so pleased we did.They were not the least expensive but you get what you pay for!The project was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion. Luis and the entire crew were hard working and very professional. Each member knew what the entire job entailed and were quick to answer any of our many questions. We were very pleased with the fence and railing.we would highly recommend them.

Did a very good job replacing a walkway from a repairman that stained the original walkway that was 2 months old. Praying it holds up but for now it looks good. He did not charge us the company that caused the problem paid for the repair.

From the sales estimate to the detailed install, we couldn't have asked for more. Everyone was very professional and the workmanship was remarkable. Very good company to deal with, you can not go wrong with Victorian.

Quote process went well. I was having masonry work done at the same time and Victorian had to work in tandem with my mason to replace a fence post installed in the concrete. All went well. I had to pay a bit more because Victorian had to make two trips - once to work with the masons, and again to finish the install once the masons were done. The only problem I had was that my rain sensor for my sprinkler system that was attached to the old fence was thrown out with the fence. I know it was my responsibility to remove it before they came, but with the masonry work finishing up at the same time I simply forgot about it. A simple 'what is this attached to your fence and do you still need it?' would have saved me $150.

I called a few people for this job -- we have chain link around our entire property, and we looking to upgrade the gates on either side of the house to modern aluminum, with self closing gates. Home depot would not even send someone for an estimate -- unless the fence the entire yard, the would not touch the job. I called two top providers from Angies list. Of the two, the prices were almost identical. However, Pete, the representative from Victorian took the time to show me some differences in the fencing he uses. His fences have no exposed rivets or screws. I liked that, and all other tings being equal, decided they would get the job. It took a few weeks to order the materials for the job. The crew arrived on time, on the correct day, and installed the gates and fencing perfectly. The crew cleaned up everything, and appeared to take their time setting the posts and making sure everything was level. On the day of install I was informed that one special order gate had not arrived. Rather than pushing our install date back, Victorian had decided to use a stock gate and will come and replace it with the custom one as soon as possible. I did receive this in writing, and am very pleased that they decided to take this course of action. I realize this cost them extra money but I did get the date originally promised, and I appreciate that The finished project is perfect and I would recommend them highly.

His work was good. Just in talking to us and giving us the estimate to use, he was quite good.

Very pleased with the product and installation. Not the lowest quote but decided on them because Pete was very good with follow up on my calls and questions. Installed 350ft PVC fence.

They were Angie's list rated number one fencing company. They werent the cheapest but they had the best quality. They explained very well like why we should go with a little bit expensive fence in the front, they saved us money than using just a screwed fence than of the PVC fence. It looks wonderful. They were late. We did have an issue with the coloring of the gate hardware but they came back and fixed it. The installer also failed to pour concrete into one of the posts and they came back and also fixed that. They let me know about the issues.

Love this company! Researched and visited all PVC fence companies in the Suffolk County Area. Victorian is the only company that offers a lifetime warranty on the materials and 10 years on labor!! That is unheard of. I see so many fences coming apart and they look terrible, so it was important to me to have a company that was going to stand behind their product...and these guys do. They are a little bit more expensive but the warranty is worth it to me. Additionally, they will reinforce the bottom PVC rail with an aluminum insert if you ask for no additional charge. Pete who gave me the estimate could not have been nicer or more accommodating as was Karl who scheduled the install. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional and really wanted me to be happy with the fence. All businesses should run like this one. An absolute pleasure!

Great price! Ralph came back twice after I changed my on mind on how I wanted the fence. The team they sent over was amazing! Made sure every rail was perfectly in place. Left the place spotless. If you're thinking of getting a fence put in you're only choice should be Victorian. Ask for Luis and his team to install the fence.

He seemed like a nice guy and he gave me a good price, explained everything to me..I was going to use him. Well I guess I was talking and asking a lot of questions, then he says "can I get a chance to talk"..turned me right off..pretty rude..I wonder if I was a man would he speak to me that way.. Another company came by and I asked all the same questions and talked a lot. he was patient.. he was hired... Think before you speak..
