Description of Work: After finally coming to give us an estimate for carpentry work he would not return calls and never did the work because he didn t have the common courtesy to even return numerous phone calls. We lost six weeks of time because of him. Totally unresponsive!

 + -1 moreEverything was handled up front. If Ted couldn't do it, he called in plumbers, electricians, etc. Ted is an old school perfectionist! He took his time to make sure everything worked properly and if it didn't, he redid it until he was pleased with it. He was also extremely neat in his work, and cleaned up every day. There was never a mess around. I would highly recommend him to do any kind of work. He is an all around master of his work! Overall, we were sad to see the job completed! He was a joy to work with. I feel wonderful every time I step into my two new baths.
Description of Work: Ted is the consummate professional. Every detail was finished as expected. Two bathrooms were totally gutted and remodeled. The price was right on target and there were no hidden costs. Every detail from the tiling to the kind of tub/shower hardware to the glass doors was discussed in detail. The floors were redone, the walls were tiled the shower stall was gutted. New fixtures, exhaust fans, from soup to nuts. The work was perfection.

 + -1 moreTED LORENZEN DID EXCELLENT JOB, GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE. WHAT HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO DO IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. THIS QUALITY IS HARD TO FIND IN A CARPENTER.
Description of Work: FIXED AND REPLACED WOOD ON KITCHEN CABINETS THAT HAD WATER DAMAGE.
