NUISANCE ANIMAL REMOVAL

Raccoon ate a hole in roof over front porch. Was living in hole. Called company to catch raccoon. Price quoted $750.00 to catch and dispose of animal. Trap installed. Animal was not caught. Owner, Mr, Yager agreed to $500.00 payment and a guarentee to come back and catch animal if it reappears on my property within one year. Fast forward to today. Animal has reappeared and is living in garage. Called Mr, Yager, he has done everyone possible to avoid honoring his contract even though I have it in writing. First he sent a worker who said raccoon was not there. My husband saw animal entering garage before and after worker's visit. There are muddy paw printes everywhere. I call and they don't return my calls. Finally I speak to Mr. Yager and he wants more money. When I refused to pay, as I have already paid him $500 - he said' too bad." He was aggrogant and unprofessional. Do not use his services, as he will rip you off.

As long as those squirrels are not at my home, I am happy. I really can't comment on what I paid for their removal. I just know they are not here anymore and that makes me happy. I found this company to be rather stable. They seemed to know what they were doing and they proceeded to do that rather well. I would use them again but ultimately I hope to not have anymore squirrel problems in my home.
