 + -1 moreManny was absolutely perfect. A great job for a great price. Perfectly cooperative. He even returned weeks later to check on the job. Everything was neat and clean. He was very helpful and accurate in picking colors. The floor looks absolutely gorgeous. Everyone who sees it comments on how beautiful it looks. House is now for rent. Agent is Rich Ulrich at 631-588-8821. I am usually tough on contractors but with Manny he is so nice to deal with and did a great job I am pleased to give him the highest rating I could possibly give.
Description of Work: Refinish flooring for 1000 sq ft for older home.

 + 0 moreI called Manuel and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He showed up with another person on time to do the work, and finished the job exactly when he said they would. They were both professional and cleaned up all the dust created from the sanding. The price charged was very close to the estimate and the floors look amazing.
Description of Work: Sanded floors, sealed and applied finish on the hardwood floors in our 50 year old house (living room, 3 bedrooms + closets, and hallway). Also repaired one damaged board.

 + -1 moreThe price they charged us was great considering the other estimates we were given. The men were really professional and very nice. They answered all the questions we had and the job was done perfectly.
Description of Work: They sanded down and then re-finished the floors in my 2500 square foot home, taking about a week to completely finish the job. All used materials and the trash was taken out by them and dumped when they finished the job.
