Russ came promptly to look at the job. Some delay with getting the estimate. Following estimate and agreeing to the project...radio silence. Several weeks pass and I text him he gets back to me stating they are putting me on the schedule and he’ll get back to me. Radio silence. I contact him again. Same story. And again. After three times I know I’m a fool for waiting so I texted him forget it.

We needed our foyer tiled quickly before installing new floors in the rest of the house. We were having trouble finding anyone to do it because it was a very small job (25 sq ft) and the one person who gave us an estimate was charging an outlandish price. I remembered using Mid-Suffolk after our home had some storm damage a few years back and, since they did such a great job then, I decided to give them a call. They came out to give me an estimate the next day and had an installer at my home the day after that (on a Sunday). The price was $275 cheaper than my other estimate and they did an amazing job. They worked quickly, did a great job cleaning up after themselves and the tile work is perfect, even in the closet.

After a severe windstorm, part of a second-story soffit fell off, and the rest hung down. It was tricky to get to - right above the roof of our sun room. We called Mid-Suffolk, received a callback the next day, and an estimator arrived the day after that. He called us with a price and set up an appointment for three days later. The repairman actually arrived a day before he was scheduled! He worked for three hours and did a beautiful job. We are impressed with his work and appreciative of the promptness of the company in responding to us. The price was a bit high, but we had had work done last year on the same soffit by another company. They had a shorter length to work on, charged the same amount, and the repair did not last. So we recommend Mid-Suffolk for this type of work, and we will definitely contact them in the future .

The owner is very honest and trustworthy, and didn't require any payment until each job was done. Work was done promptly and reliably. The price for all work was very fair and competitive. I recommend this company without hesitation.
