Purchased a big deal for plumbing. The plumber called about an hour after I purchased the deal. After talking to him I am not sure about getting any work done. He was very helpful.

Frank Jr. is very professional; he came on time and answered all of our questions. When I had called him, he advised me to use the "big deal" coupon for the job. As it was over the 2 weeks of holidays, it did take a little time to get a call-back and scheduled, but I chalk that up to the holidays. Frank Jr. also advised us to get a free replacement cartridge for our shower body from Kohler, which we would not have known. We will definitely use them again.

The work went well, he was excellent.

I left 2 phone calls for Jr Plumbing. I spoke with a live receptionist. None of my calls were returned. My first call was placed about 10 days ago.

My first contact with JR?s Plumbing was a phone call with Frank Jr. This call set the tone for the entire process. When I explained to Frank that my single lever Moen bath faucet was only allowing hot water to flow, his first suggestion was to call the company and see if they would cover the cartridge. I had purchased this in 1999 so I was skeptical about this. A call to Moen resulted in them shipping me a new cartridge. When the cartridge arrived I contacted Frank and arranged for the service. Frank, a pleasant young man to deal with, arrived early and after solving some problems he ran into with the instillation, completed the Job. He was here for approximately one hour and 40 minutes. After cleaning up, he gave me the bill. The coupon I had purchased on Angie?s list covered the job. A good, pleasant, and in today?s market an unusual, experience. I will use them in the future if their services are need.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good; I was happy with it. I was happy with the overall service. It was a fair price.

I received the coupon on January 1 and called provider on January 2. I connected with answering service. I called them back on January 3, 4,and 6 and received no call back from the company.

They showed up promptly and did the job well. So that was good. What upset me was they engaged in what I would describe as price gouging. Charging $350 for the first hour, $250 for the second one. They did not tell me the price in advance. I'd have called someone else if they did. They also refused to accept the coupon I bought through Angie's List, saying it didn't cover emergencies. They acknowledged nothing in the fine print said that, but it "should have." To me, they lack integrity. Advertising something and later adding a condition to it that was not known, and was significant. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company because of their price gouging and unwillingness to honor their offer.

I had to connect my washing machine to the cesspool as my dry well was no longer viable. They came in and accessed the problem and offered me a couple of solutions. They were upfront about the pros and cons which I appreciated very much. Their estimate of costs over the coupon, mainly materials, was spot on. They also did beautiful work. I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with JR Junior on Tuesday and he said the deal I purchased didn?t include emergency services or freeze ups but it did not say that in the deal offer. He said he would have to call me back to determine if they would do the work and he has not gotten back with me since so I will not be using this big deal. Also, even though it said online to schedule a time, he said he would have to call us back for scheduling so I felt as if it was a waste of time to put that information in online.

I had a leak in the basement that needed a quick response. I did get that and I also had a utility sink installed in the basement while they were here

The service was great and the job was done as promised

He no showed the member took off the day from work. Provider never called and member had to call to hear him say he does no plumbing when it snows he plows.

To sum it up: JR Plumbing (Frank and his sons) is great and a pleasure to deal it! We used Frank the first time in the fall of 2012 and have been a repeat customer since. We were initially referred to Frank by our carpenter to install 3 kickspace heaters for the custom library he was building. Frank did a great job and since then, we have hired Frank for any additional plumbing works (major and minor) needed for our home and will continue to do so in the future. I have included the list of jobs they have above. Frank is courteous and very professional. And through the various jobs, I get to meet two of Frank's sons as well (who are also great!).

After we called them, they returned our call right away. They came in a very timely manner. After they left we realized we needed the right and left handles switched on our faucet. They came back later to fix our sink, and even a third time for additional work. Each time they came, they could not have been more pleasant!

I have a long standing relationship with the company. I am very pleased with their promptness, efficiency, and competency. I will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing services. Upon completion of the job, he disposed of the faucet and cleaned up his work area.
