Although it didn't mention it in the ad, this plumber does not service Westchester County. I spoke to them on the phone and they said they would contact you so I could get my money back b/c that is where I live. They promised to get back to me and never did

Frank Jr came over, he was a man of character. He was talented, very nice, honest, and did wonderful work. I recommend them highly.

He did the above. He charged me $40 for some new pipes under the sink. I bought their promotional offer on Angie's list for $79 for the time that he spent here. All went very well. I liked the person and would, 100 percent, hire them again. It was an overall A plus experience.

He was wonderful, did a great job. Would definitely use again.

It worked out fine. It was a big deal purchase. They charged for the materials.

This is a company you should STAY FAR AWAY FROM!!!!!! The grandfather started the company and now his son and grandsons are running the show. The grandfather was honest, respectable and a master plumber...not his son nor grandsons. This Angie's list special was set up so that the grandsons could learn the trade and a way to get more customers to support the 3 of them. Although respectful and clean cut, the son Frank Jr. had no idea what he was doing. He spent more time on the phone conferring with his father and sending his dad pictures of the work I needed done. There was damage done to my fixtures and sink and the repairs did not fix the problem. They came back a second time with another "Master Plumber" that knew just as much as the son. After they did nothing the second time they charged me an additional $287.86 for 2 plumbers (&150 for the one plumber and $115. for the second) to come back and do the job Frank Jr. never did the first time. I had to hire a MASTER plumber to correct what Frank Jr. did and it cost me the price of an "O" ring ($3.27). Now they put me into collections for a job they did not do and I paid Angies List the $99. onto of the $287.86 they are billing me. Discovered a very hot spot in the bathroom floor on a Saturday. This was a concern since I don't have radiant heat. Contractor called that day. I was concerned because I was wondering where the water was going. Frank told me it's probably going into the ground since the pipe is under the slab. I didn't see any leaks so that put me at ease. He offered to come first thing Monday but due to another engagement, that I had, he came first thing Tuesday. The contractor Rob was on time, excavated the bathroom floor, repaired the leak, re-cemented the floor, cleaned up and explained what caused this problem. I was very pleased.

When calling for information about my problem, they were the first one out of three to call back right away. One never called back and the other called while JR was already finishing the work. They were very personable. They finished the job in less than an hour. They are a small family business company. Their price was reasonable. They gave me a discount. He came on a Saturday and worked half a day without finding the break. I had a broken pipe that I had to pump out running water from my home for another three days in single digit temperatures before JR came back to finish the job. When he replaced the damaged pipe with a plastic pipe he left with three fittings leaking. He had to come back to tighten the fittings. He had an assistant that poured dirty, cement water on my brand new black top driveway. He left the man hole cover off the water meter located on my front lawn.

everything went extremely well they were very personable on time and did a great job installing my kitchen faucet and an outdoor shutoff valve in onther room.a nice neat fast job for an excellent price.what more could you ask for.thanks JR.

I needed a new spigot in the kitchen to be replaced and had a problem with the drain in an upstairs bathtub. They seemed good, honest and up front. They also seemed very knowledgeable. He was on time. He’ll be my go to plumber going forward.

It was terrific. Frank Jr. called me before he arrived. He was polite and courteous. I was thrilled with the whole experience! I was relieved to have him do the work.

They were very busy during a busy winter with pipes bursting but were able to not only kepp the appointment but come back the next day as promised to finish off the job.

That turned out well. They installed a new faucet in our kitchen. They also installed a water filter under the sink for me too. They also checked out some problems and proposed some additional work. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+ biased off of this. The second job I am having them do is pending and the results are not complete.

We had not problems with scheduling and they were on-time. The quality of the work was good. We asked them about another job and they were supposed to provide us with an estimate for repairing an old jet tub and never got back with me. I'm disappointed that they have not gotten back with us as we are in the process of selling our house.

Frank Jr. arranged a time with me and then confirmed over the weekend. I am sure whoever they send will be on time and complete the job in a timely hour (as with all plumbers, they charge by the hour.)

TOLD PLUMBER THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS NEEDED TO BE FIXED: 1. flusher in downstairs bathroom has to be held a little bit to flush. Rebuilt toilet. Supplied & installed new fill valve & supply line. $45.00 Now leaking. Told me he was here again for upstairs bathroom & toilet not leaking, but he never checked. I never looked before, bathroom seldom used, I had guests & toilet used allot. Called to tell him leaking & I was told it maybe valve. I will be charged a service call. 2.In master bathroom. Put in new pop up to fill sink with water. Damaged plate around pop up. Not really working well. Did not have part to fix flusher handle chain & stopper on toilet. Never fixed & I was told there would be a service charge to fix. 3. Gasket on Kohler fill valve (supplied by me verified correct) installed and problem not fixed. He came back and said gasket is on correctly. I was told (he wasn't sure) there maybe another gasket under one replaced. That would have to be changed. There would be a service charge and part charge. Problem not fixed, tank still not holding water so flushes again after water slowly leaks down. NOTHING FIXED EVERYTHING WOULD REQUIRE SERVICE AND PART CHARGES!!!! UPDATE: I just had another plumber that fixed everything. The toilet that repeated flushing: The gasket was the correct one, but did not work because not all of the old gasket was removed. Frank came back and said everything was OK. Another toilet had a leak after he left that was repaired. Frank did not have the part for the 3rd toilet, even though he new the problem before he came, said there would be a service charge to come back fix it. With the new plumber all problems were solved in 1 trip!

Frank Jr. called me back right away, he came on time and had all tools needed for the job at hand. Frank Jr. opened the pipe from the basement and snaked the pipe back up to the kitchen, about 20ft of pipe. The electric drill snake struggled to clear the clog, Frank Jr. got all of the pipe free and clear. He flushed the whole section from sink to outside. He made sure that under the sink was not leaking. Frank Jr. added some dissolvent into the sink , the drain never worked better. He made sure the whole thing was clear and working before he left. Frank was a professional and clean worker, I recommend him highly in whatever field he chooses. Thanks Again Joe

I had worked with JR Plumbing previously from a "Big Deal" and liked their work. For this project, the tech (Rob) came at the expected time and performed all of the requested work. I would work with them again.

I called and explained my problem broken pipe in crawl space. He said he would get back to me later that day, no call back. I called the next day, he appologised said he was very busy. Again he said he would call me back, no call back. I called again the next day, again he said I'll call you back. no call back. obviously I called someone else. and I never got a call back

Everything was great! Frank Jr. was very thorough and professional -- nice guy, too. And he left everything in my washroom and kitchen area neat as a pin. Only minor complaint was the timing today -- he was very late for our appointment but in truth it wasn't his fault. We're in the middle of this Arctic freeze and the company has been jammed with emergency calls for frozen pipes and the like. So I won't hold it against them! I will definitely use JR's again when I need a plumber. Also: I had purchased a Big Deal for the service call through Angie's List and they honored it 100%. All the work was done within the time allotted in the coupon, and afterwards all I had to pay for were the valves he replaced -- a minor expense. I highly recommend JRs Plumbing!

Everything was fine. They were on time and they showed up when they said they would and on the date they said they would. Everything was acceptable, they are good people to work with.
