Beware!! Don’t use!!! I paid Jason Escobar to inspect the house I purchased, and was ripped off! I found out that the seller was hiding a leak from the toilet into the basement, from it constantly running. The valve next to the toilet was shut off to hide this. This guy was paid to inspect the house, but apparently didn’t do his job!!! He should have found this problem if he had turned the valve on!! Now, he won’t make good on it, and has even told me I will be hearing from his lawyer. I wonder what else he missed, that I will find next. His report was also very vague. Don’t make the same mistake I did!! Find someone else who is professional enough to do what they are paid to do!! I didn’t have the opportunity to shop around since I was just told by his wife Diane Escobar (the real estate agent) that he would be doing the inspection!

I met with his partner Lawrence on the day of the inspection. He was on time and extremely thorough! For a first time home buyer his patience and ability to explain everything he was doing was a major plus. Great service at a reasonable price!

Very well. On time, professional and provided an incredibly detailed and helpful report. Also offered to come back after the updates were made to ensure everything was fixed properly. Would recommend to a friend and use again.
