BEST FLO CESSPOOL

Best Flo was responsive to questions and their office manager is friendly and helpful. The work was done correctly and on time. They did an average job keeping the work space neat and we expected a fair amount of lawn damage. Their prices were about 10% higher than average, but they were personally recommended so we decided to use them nonetheless.

We had our cesspool back up and flood the basement, and we called Value Plumbing but since it was a cesspool related issue they sent a team along from their sister company, Best Flo. It ended up being a very large job, especially because of a new law making single cesspools like ours illegal as of this coming summer. The team located our cesspool (no easy job) excavated it (it’s very deep so this also wasn’t easy) serviced the cesspool and added a sort of chimney so it will be easier to service in further. They also added an overflow cesspool so our system will meet the requirements of the new law and we won’t have to install an entirely new system from scratch. They were prompt, polite and professional and didn’t cause much damage considering they had to dig a huge hole in a clearing in our front woods!

Excellent service all around for the minute I made the call. They can quickly, found the cesspool immediately and had everything done in a short time. Chris was very professional and explained the issues and his recommendations for services provided.

She was wasn't very happy with them. The service was not that good and she got ripped off. I would tell someone not to use them and to stay away.
