Never had a chance to find out. They never bothered to respond at all.
Description of Work: Needed an estimate for a floor sanding and staining, and possible staircase hand rail. Called 3 times over a period of 2 weeks. They never called back. No response at all.

Hi [Member Name Removed], My apologies for not getting back to you in a timely manner. As you may remember, this was never a normal occurrence when we have done work for you in the past. We were away on a family vacation this August when my father in law passed away unexpectedly. Unfortunately, after an unplanned 22 hour drive home, funeral preparations that we weren't prepared to make, and the sadness and chaos that followed, some calls went missed or unreturned.
