Description of Work: They only responded after I posted a poor rating for NOT responding to my messages. Then they made an appointment that they didn't keep and never responded to my phone calls saying that I was waiting. So they deserve an F for failing to be courteous, for failing to keep the appointment, for failing to be good business people.

Description of Work: After the purchase when I tried to schedule I could not get a Saturday appointment which is very, very unusual for a contractor on Long Island. The reply email said he works with his other business on Saturdays and could not come for this deal on the weekends.

Description of Work: The service provider was very courteous and called promptly and I would have looked forward to his work but circumstances with family made it impossible to be here for our appointment. Description of Work: Some delay in the ordering of the window, and delay in arranging for its installation (as much my fault as the installer, in all fairness). Once arrived, the window was very nice quality, perfectly installed and finished. I'm very pleased with the product and the work done.
