ACME POOL & SPA

I switched to Acme Pool and Spa after my previous pool company let me down. When Acme came on-site to open the pool, the pointed out several severe problems (cracks in skimmers/returns/buildup in chlorinator) that my previous pool company never bothered to tell me about. We then scheduled a service call and they came out and repaired all of the cracks and cleaned the chlorinator. They are professional, helpful, and punctual. Thanks.

They got our filters set up for us. It was timely. We bought a lot of equipment from them, we bought a whole new filter system. Price wise they were good, install was smooth and they did it in the rain. They worked really hard, they squeezed us into their schedule. Absolutely no problem with them at all. They were really good. They treated us very well. We'll probably stay with them. Also, We were having a problem with getting our pool cleaned. They were cheaper than anybody else for the chemicals we needed. They taught us how to do it and saved us a some money.

Doug and Sonny arrived on time, talked me through their work and were professional throughout the process.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE REGARDING THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF MY POOL. THE WEEKLY SERVICE WAS A BIT SKETCHY BECAUSE THEY USED A LOT OF COLLEGE KIDS FOR THE SUMMER. THEIR WILLINGNESS TO WORK WAS INCONSISTENT.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY DO THE JOB AS I REQUESTED, WITH SPECIFIC DETAILS. THEY ARE QUICK TO COME OUT. THERE WAS NOT ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE CLOSING OF THE POOL OR SPA.
