He told me a price and then when he was driving back, he called me and said he gave me the wrong price, so I thought that was really honest. It was lower.

Fast, experienced, professional.

It went terrible. This was the worst sprinkler company I have ever used. D&D was scheduled to turn on my sprinkler system on 6-6-2015. It turned out that I had a broken pipe because they did not winterize my system properly from the fall. I had a plumber come to my home and verify this. When D&D showed up, they sent two guys who had no experience (they themselves told me this) and were unable to fix the pipe. They deferred me to Randy, the owner, and Randy had a nasty attitude and never did anything. First, he did not take responsibility for fixing the broken pipe that his service caused as a result of the improper winterizing of my system. He then offered to call me back and then never did. When I left further messages asking for D&D to schedule another appointment to come back and fix the pipe, they never did. I had to hire yet another service and plumber, and I was told that D&D should have fixed the pipe for free. I believe this was done on purpose so that they could eventually come back and charge me more money because they gave me a pricey quote to repair the pipe. They were not fixing anything for free because they denied having any wrong doing when they winterized the system from the previous fall. The thing that bothers me the most was their rudeness and in sending workers over who were not experienced or able to properly communicate. I was extremely disappointed in their service, or lack thereof, and in wasting an entire Saturday waiting for them and then having nothing repaired. Stay away from these people - they will purposely wreck your sprinkler system so that they can make more business for themselve and then charge you later on to fix it.

Only issue was that that they wanted to charge a $40 service charge but I said no and they agreed. They did a good job on repair

He was good. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. He was friendly and professional.

I called them, they put me on hold and when they finally got on, they wanted me to tell them what was wrong with the system over the phone, because I asked if they charged for an estimate. They say they give free estimates, but they do not.

Dand D installed my sprinkler system a few years ago. They have been excellent to deal with.

They were prompt courteous and reasonable.

They were able to come to the house the same day I called, actually within a couple of hours, which was great. Randy seemed very knowledgeable and went right to work. We have a 6 zone system and everything had to be checked. We weren't sure which heads were working and which weren't. There was also a leak in the underground line that needed to be located and repaired. The system wasn't able to be programmed properly and Randy realized that the clock was fried. He replaced it with a new one and then programmed that for us. Randy worked for 2-3 hours resolving all of the issues. He was polite but definitely preferred talking with my husband instead of me. I found that to be unusual since most of the time I interface with the tradesmen. Everything worked out fine and the system has been running without a hitch since Sept. 3. I'm sure they weren't the cheapest, but they showed up and got the work done so I would use them again.

We had a few estimates and they were a little bit higher but we felt better with them so we went with them. They were really, really good. We just developed a rapport with them. The father came and gave the estimate, the son came to do the work and they were really nice people, easy to work with.

I would highly recommend D @D anytime.

Got the name for Dand D from Angie's List based on previous reviews. Doug was punctual, professional and knowledgeable during the estimate. He explained thoroughly what had to be done, describing both the parts he would be using and how the installation would take place. Doug also does the installation, not just a salesman who gives estimates, like other vendors that were contacted. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up when done. Wanted some sprinkler heads redirected and when called back to have the heads adjusted, he came the next day. Liked that Doug both gave the estimate and did the job. He did not cut any corners on the installation, doing the job the right way, not taking the easy way out, like some other estimates I received, (due to where the water main is located). Extremely satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend. Sprinklers is all Dand D does and they do it well.

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, it was all handled with professionalism. They showed up punctually, worked efficiently and cleaned up when they were done. They were great at explaining everything and at offering good advice for what I would need for my future landscaping plans. The new controller box programming was explained step by step. The price upon completion was the price quoted and it was the best price I had gotten when I was getting quotes. Having dealt with many different companies in the past, considering all the work I have had done, I would say this was the best overall experience I have had. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Doug is a quality professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and walked my wife and me through the entire system. He worked with us to install a special zone for a garden and went above and beyond expectations by fixing a leaky spigot and installing a new spigot (at no charge!). I would recommend Doug to friends and family and plan to have him back when we update and landscaping and need a new watering plan. Descriptive adjectives include professional, friendly, quality and trustworthy.

The entire experience was a positive one. The workers were curtious and respectful. Doug was friendly, confident and answered all questions I had during the process of installation.

Doug was very professional and informative with his explanation of the work to be done and his estimate, D and D was recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done by them last year. I received prompt and quality work/equipment at a very reasonable price. All work was done as promised with little disruption to my lawn or landscaping. As you can tell I would recommend this family owned business to others. Hard to find firms like this one today.

They did a beautiful job with cutting the system into the ground. It works perfectly two years later. They were a pleasure to have.
