After reading many positive reviews on Angi, I contacted John for a siding estimate. He responded immediately and provided me with a detailed preliminary written estimate. Over the next few weeks, I contacted John a few times with questions regarding covering my chimney and modifications to electrical components. I found him to be very responsive. I requested a specific type of graphite infused insulation and John readily looked into whether or not he could get it from his supplier. He also suggested that rather than purchasing new gutters/leaders, the existing could be power washed which saved me some money. He was very helpful in color/style selection, providing me with addresses of houses he had sided using the colors/styles I was considering. After meeting with two other contractors, I chose John. Although my decision was based on multiple factors, I found John to be the most professional and responsive. At my request, he agreed to sit down with me again to revise the estimate. The scope of work was clearly defined so that there were no misunderstandings as the job progressed. I definitely made the right choice! John was onsite working with his crew every day. They arrived every morning before 8AM and were on the job working from 8AM to 4PM. Their daily tasks were well planned and they worked well together exhibiting knowledge and enthusiasm. If anything unusual came up, Bryan always knew how to handle it. They clearly have many years of experience and they cheerfully take pride in doing a superior job.

John and his crew recently redid the entire outside of the house. Tore off the old and installed new siding, trim, soffits, etc. He was very fairly priced. John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. Additionally his recommendation for a gutters installer was great too. We have received a lot of compliments from neighbors and others walking by. I would absolutely recommend John Cecere Siding

Very well. All the work was completed in a timely fashion despite the sub freezing winter condition and with minimal intrusion. All our special needs were addressed with no problems and objects that were in the way were put back after work completion. The old poorly Installed deck was removed and replaced in 2 days of 20 degree weather and detailed instructions were provided by Brian on the care and maintenance of the beautiful cedar surfaces. The job went really well. John and his crew are excellent craftsmen and very pleasant to deal with. We chose a rather expensive type of siding but I found the price to be quite reasonable. They were responsive to our concerns and had no problem accommodating our specific requests. When the job was completed, they spent several hours cleaning up and then John did a walkthrough with us to insure everything was to our satisfaction. It was. Highly recommended.

We used John Cecere Siding to replace the siding on the front of our house and they did an excellent job. Their work was great and it was a pleasure to deal with John. He was flexible with us regarding the timing of the job. The house looks amazing thanks to the work his team did. We would definitely recommend them and use them again if we needed.

John was very professional and efficient. Called before he arrived to make us aware of what was going to happen before the job began. Any requests we made were done without question. Always let us know when there was an issue and how best to resolve it. Job was completed on time & everything was left in an orderly manner every a day before they left. We are very happy with the results! We had replaced the cedar shakes with vinyl on three back sides several years ago and decided to invest in high end vinyl shake style siding on the front. The work by John Cecere and his crew was impeccable.

John patiently worked with us prior to the installation in deciding on siding options, colors, and trim and was always available to answer all of our questions. Our project took approximately three weeks to complete (as we had some rain days), and throughout the entire process we found that John and his crew always showed up early each morning and were very professional. John just finished a full siding job on our colonial home. Can't say enough good things - the process was smooth, organized and executed to perfection. Prior to booking the job, John was patient with us - he came over multiple times with samples as we debated colors and style, gave us multiple reference homes to see colors and his previous work. After 4 different bids from various companies (including some of the bigger names you see doing all the advertising) my gut said to go with John...noone else showed the personal touch, care and patience he did. And boy was I right. From day 1 he showed up every day on the job, and was a pleasure to work with. He was there every step of the way. We made some changes here and there and it was all smooth...he worked with us the entire way. As the job went on, you could tell he truly has a passion for giving the customer what they want. And his crew is fantastic, great bunch of guys...all with amazing experience (their backgrounds are impressive, from building homes to windows/doors/decks...I mean this crew is like having a bunch of master craftsmen). We talked about all aspects of my home...I was out there asking a million questions...most probably not related to siding. They gave me advice on things and never turned me away. It really felt like I was doing this with my neighbors and family....that's how personable his crew is. You just dont find this anymore. If you're like me...bordering on being a little obsessive compulsive and expect the type of work you see on HGTV, then go with John.

We got about 7 estimates for our 50+ yrs old home in Greenlawn (with dated cedar shingles), and John was the most honest and trustworthy of all the contractors/representatives we've met with. Although we had to wait for 3 months (for John to start working on our house) the wait was well worth it! John's crew (Joey, Brian & Eric) were punctual, professional, curteous, knowledgeable, understanding and accomodating. John Cecere's price was extremely reasonable, including all the upgrades, and the quality of his workmanship is second to none! My wife and I are extremely pleased with John and his team's work, and we absolutely love our house now!
