Lou, was excellent. I had leaking water from my Viking fridge. Took it apart, turns out did not need anything done to it. Just a towel under it. Explained how it worked. Helped me learn how to put into Sabbath mode. Checked Viking oven too, might need hinge work but have 30 days to test it more.

the service was great, scheduling process was seamless the technician was knowledgeable and professional was all around a positive experience.

My fridge conked out. We are moving and even though the unit was 13 years old I wanted to try and fix it rather than replace it. Dun Rite came right over when I called and told me he would take a look. I think from call to service was less than an hour. I was very grateful. He cleaned the unit and the floor and all around the compressor. He cooled the unit down and then tried to start it again but the compressor would not budge. So I have to buy a new fridge. It did not work..but I was not so sure it would..and there is nothing you can do with a bad compressor except replace the unit I would call Dun Rite again. He was there for me and that is what you want in a repairman. Clean, polite, thorough. Don't call anyone else.

Dun-Rite Appliance was excellent. They came on time and did the repair in a great amount of time. He was a very friendly gentleman.

Quick, on-time and let me send a check the next day since I forgot to leave one for him. My teenage sons were home when he did the work.

It went much better than I expected it to, considering that I had been told that a new part would be needed, and it would take weeks.

We have used them for seven or eight years, not just for service, but for merchandise as well. We have bought appliances from them for years. They are great people to deal with and are great at troubleshooting problems too. One of their technicians is better at the troubleshooting then the other, but they are both still good.

These guys are great. Dependable, responsive, thorough, and no surprises. Quick call backs, prompt repair, and reasonable service fees. Use 'em.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT DUN-RITE APPLIANCE REPAIR DID IN MY HOME. MY REFRIGERATOR WAS REPAIRED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE EVEN REPAIRED A PROBLEM THAT I WOULD HAVE IN THE FUTURE.

DON ARRIVED ON TIME AND SAID THATS THE REASON THE OVEN WAS SHUTTING OFF WAS BECAUSE IT KEPT SHORT CIRCUITING. THE OVEN NEEDED A PART FOR THE COMPUTER AND MOTHER BOARD. THE OVEN SEEMS OK NOW.

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND DUN-RITE TO BE EFFICIENT, HONEST, RELIABLE AND TIMELY. THEY RESPOND WHEN YOU CALL THEM AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE THE FIRST TIME! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND DUN-RITE!
