My experience with this provider was horrible. A 2 to 3 day project took over 2 weeks to complete. The person the provider got to install our ceiling drywall cut through the electrical wires that were connected to our ceiling fan. We needed to hire an electrician to make repairs. The provider bought the wrong type of paint for a portion of the job..specifically asked for low or no VOC . The painter did not use drop cloth or painter's tape. He ended up getting paint on my kitchen floor, door way, counter and my white cabinets. My cabinets are now stained and there is a large section of paint missing from the upper cabinets from removing molding. The molding is also a mess. I believe the providers are good people, but are careless and lack experience and professionalism.

(deleted member name), we apologize for the bad experience you had with us. We did in fact use low VOC paint. You can research or call any Home Depot and they will tell you that Behr Ultra paint and primer is Low VOC and some Behr products are even Zero VOC. I hope this makes you feel better. As far as the electrical wires, we cut the drywall on the unattached then installed it so no knife was ever used around wires...any drywaller will tell you this is common and standard practice and instead of arguing I just paid for the electrician. It took longer and I explained this to your husband, because the ceiling was out of whack and the mud job had to have multiple layers, more than usual. If we had taken down the previous drywall and redone the ceiling it would have gone smoother...i have done ceilings in 1 day before...If we got paint on your floor then we greatly apologize...we could clean that in 2 seconds without damaging anything. Basically you could have just called us. We did the best we could with what we had to work with and we think your husband and you were a lovely couple I did also offer coupons for future service because of the length of time and told you we would dedicate an employee to you to have it done quicker. For anyone who reads this, check us out on FB for a multitude of positive reviews from customers who we have been painting for repeatedly and swear by us! (we will be moving them into a dedicated photo album soon because a lot are hand written and mailed to us.)
