Description of Work: My mothers furnace would not turn on, so as our "regular" plumber had retired, we picked this company from the telephone book. The fellow, Mark, was very pleasant . The problem was supposedly fixed, but today it is doing the same thing again. I was down in the basement with the tecnician the entire time, 45 minutes, and all He did was to vacumn the furnace, then tapped on the gas valve a few times. He informed me that ""possiblity" the gas valve would need to be replaced, this is on a $5000 furnace that was installed on 07/25/2011!!!! So I asked him would you be able to install the part?, his reply was Yes, but dont have it in stock, will have to come back. Well, at what it cost my mother, I said forget it. My Mother is 90 and sick. I also feel that we were taken advantage of because we are woman, at the tune of $311.75,,,for 45minutes of work!@ Please DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY unless you like to give money away!
