It went exceptionally well. Isaac lived up to his excellent reviews. With my car inside the garage, my automatic garage door would not open beyond 1/2 inch. Isaac worked long and hard for several hours and into the night to resolve the problem. After gaining a forced entry, he overhauled the system replacing parts and balancing the door. He cleaned up everything. Now, the door closes much more smoothly and silently. I would use his services again and would highly recommend his services to others.

The company went beyond and above my expectations. A leak existed in one of the bedrooms and caused extensive damage in the garage which was struck and it could not be opened due to the damaged framing . Tri -State provided knowledgeable information on the necessary steps with a reasonable price. The workers were thorough, prompt and the framing was exceptional. Once the garage door was completed I could open the door with ease. I appreciate the hard work.

issac arrived and he diagnosed the problem of improper adjustment by original garage installer he was quite honest and worked quickly i believe that he was knowledgeable and did not try to exploit the unknowing customer. if i ever need another adjustment or additional work i would definately call him

Service was wonderful. I was called immediately upon putting in my request and his personable nature and knowledge of our issue (even without having seen it) caused us to have him come out to look. He was sure to call us in morning and on his way. He wore appropriate PPE. He ended up fixing our hardware (garage door did not properly open on tracks so he replaced it.) Any items he had to move to get in the spaces he offered to put back. His work was done well and he didn’t take long to complete. He also offers a warranty on parts and service.

Issac is a professional. My garage door frequently stops half way when opening and noisy. Issac changed out the rollers, pulleys and made door adjustments. Now my door works perfectly. The cost was reasonable. I definitely will use him again.
