Very proffessional

This sofa is of extremely poor quality. The sofa was delivered on 7/8/20. Within a month of very light use the cushions started to wear and became quite uncomfortable. When two people had the sofa in the reclined position, the sofa became very unstable with very little shifting. Upon inspection of the sofa from the underside, I could see that this was made in a very slipshod way and called Coleman to complain in on August 5th. I was referred to Coaster and was transferred to several representatives that could not help me. After much run around, Coaster referred me back to Coleman in September. I was only able to start a warranty claim with Coleman. Challenging the quality was not an option. Coleman Furniture falsely advertised that the company Coaster Furniture, is an American manufacturer. The sofa was manufactured in China. Also, the foam is advertised as being memory foam. Through my attempts to settle the above-stated issues with Coleman and Coaster Furniture it was stated that the memory foam is only in the seat. After inspection of the sofa and using it for a short time, I could see that description on the website is very sketchy. During my original discussion with Coleman Furniture when I was considering my purchase, I was assured that this sofa was of very high quality. Coleman passed the issue off as being the manufacturer's fault. Ultimately Coaster, the manufacturer, stated that my complaint is just a case of "buyer's remorse" and did not address any of my quality concerns. I have an email chain that begins on September 23rd to show the claim, the denial, and my rebuttal. My claim included pictures and videos. At this point in time, January 2021, the sofa cushions have broken down and sag and instability is getting worse. This is with very little use because neither me nor my son like to sit on it. The sofa cost over 1500. Anyone would expect the sofa to last past 3 months. The seat in the picture is after 1 month of light use.

I ordered furniture. They claimed they would deliver in three weeks. They did not. I followed up. They said they would deliver in six to eight weeks. They did not. I followed up. They said it was stuck somewhere in California and they had no estimate as to how long it would take for it to arrive. I asked to cancel my order and they refused to cancel without charging a restocking fee. I think they are running a scam to take people's restocking fees. The were rude and dismissive every step of the way. I'm out hundreds of dollars and I got nothing. Please learn from me and DO NOT ORDER FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE!

Coleman Furniture has the worst customer service! I ordered a table online. I have a post office box for a mailing address and a physical location for my delivery address. I received a strange email from a Matthew Brissette at the company saying he couldn't verify my name with the PO Box and I had to email him either a picture of my driver's license or a piece of mail proving that my name is connected to my PO Box. Uh, what?? I called the company and was transfered to his voice mail. I never heard from him, so after several hours, I called the number again. I told the secretary that I was really upset about this situation. She never apologized. She transfered me to Matt who finally answered his phone. He said he did a BACKGROUND check on me just because my mailing address connected to my credit card was different from my physical address. Who does that?? And my name doesn't connect with my PO Box. I have no idea why, since I've had my PO Box since 1994. I was so mad. I said you do a background check on someone who orders a piece of furniture??? Does it sound like I am not Julia Morrow, as angry as I am right now?? He said, "How should I know?" He had a terrible attitude. I told him to cancel the order and I hung up. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Unfortunately, they don't have a Yelp account, or I would write this same 0 star review on there too.

Great. The Curio came just as shown, on time, white glove, in home delivery at no extra cost. Second time using them and will again in the future. They have a great tracking system on line and also if you call them directly

No problems, went great. Furniture arrived in less than two weeks, delivery company brought items right into house (at no additional cost), customer service was responsive on the phone when called, scheduling and delivery process great. Everything exact;y as shown. Would use again.
