If you have an inground dog fencing that needs repair DO NOT CALL SYRACUSE DOG FENCE. They are scammers. They charge $125 + 10 tax to come out and if they fail to fix your fence they will charge you another $125 + 10 tax to try again AFTER PROMISING THAT IF THE ALARM GOES OFF AGAIN WITHIN 2 WEEKS THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR A RETURN VISIT. This is a lousy business. Do NOT get ripped off. Please share.

They are extremely professional, yet very personable. Jamie, the trainer/installer is extremely patient with our dog and she absolutely LOVES him. I thought the cost was a tad high, but it's worth the excellent product and exceptional customer service.
