Very prompt and courteous when I requested estimate. We were working with "spring" weather (i.e. SNOW) so it took a time or two to schedule actual install. Jamie did install and was great with my dog. I requested a 2nd visit with owner to make sure everything was going as planned. I can actually say that this is the BEST thing I've bought for my "Sammy". He caught on very quickly and has put my fears to rest that he won't be getting out in the road or running to the neighbors. Wondeful!! I love it. Great peace of mind!!

They were always very prompt and accommodating to my schedule. Amazing customer service, and worked so well with my dogs. They perform training sessions multiple times after placing the fence at no extra cost to make sure that you and your dogs learn how to use the fence quickly and with the least amount of stress to your pets!

When Chris came over he was very friendly and he immediately wanted to meet my 3 dogs. He loved them. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the function of the fence and how it works! Then we surveyed the property and it took about 5 minutes to complete then he went back to his truck and drew a diagram of what it would look like and explained the different types of packages and their pricing. Overall this gentleman was very personable. Two weeks later the fence was installed, it took 3 hours to complete. They had stayed to show us how to train our dogs to use the fence
